Dan was very personable and clear in explaining what was wrong--something I always appreciate. And he sure knows what he's doing!

Watch their pricing gimmicks. They charged a fair amount($119.00) for after hours labor but wanted to charge $189.00 for a contactor (part #hn51kc024) . Under 24 bucks on amazon and other sites for the oem part. I do not mind pay a little premium price for after hours labor but this was robbery for the part. Just lost two customers for life.

Kyle was very professional, clean and courteous, so no problems with the tech.

We had family stopping in from Texas to stay overnight while on a trip to Florida. A/C went out the Saturday afternoon just before they arrived. Called Dave Broussard A/C and within an hour we had a tech and we were up and cooling again.

Bought system about 3years ago, maybe a little longer, also I have a service plan with them. Had an issue this past week where unit wasn't cooling, called 1st thing in the morning for service, showed up about 11hrs later. $89 service call. found a chaffed wire, $252 to splice with electrical tape. Total $341 for about an hrs work. Cancelled service plan and will call other company's if anymore issues

He is polite and professional. He came right away, found the problem quickly, and fixed it. His prices are reasonable. I will continue to use him for all my AC/Heating needs.

We have a Maintenance Contract and I always hope for Kalem to service our unit. He is so helpful and efficient. He is very thorough and never leaves a mess. He always informs me of any problems or things we may need to do for improved service of our unit. If I have questions he is patient and answers everything. Also I appreciate he remembers us when he comes, even that our little dog is blind. Thanks Kalem and staff, we appreciate your service.

Your company and your people ordered the wrong size part specially after i had called to make sure the right part was ordered. Your people installed the wrong part and just patched it together. Taking advantage of me while i was just out of hospital after a major surgery. Your people gave me all kind of excuses when I can and asked to speak to you. You have bunch of crock people working for you. Shame on you, your people, your company. You are and your company is a disgrace to your industry.
