One of the Best Utility service businesses I have ever used. Adam was the best, he got me up and running in no time. I would recommend to anyone quick, knowledgeable, and got that "friend came over to fix your truck" feel they are truly on my list of Best in the Biz!
H&E is not a very professional business. We called them to get a quote on a new system. They sent a guy out about a month ago and he went through everything charged us $90.00. We asked the first time we called if we can get an email estimate for our insurance adjuster they said yes. Now today we still have not gotten an email. We called the company back and now they saying they do not do it that way they will need to send a salesman out and charge us again almost $200.00. So they just lied to us to get more money and waste everyone's time and we lost $90.00. I will NOT recommend this company to no one.
TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I contacted my home warranty insurance around last September for my A/C not cooling and was assigned this company. They came out as scheduled and I was told the motor was bad and needed to be replaced. They said the would need to get approval to order the part, almost two months went by before I called the home warranty company because I hadn’t heard anything. Finally h&e calls and say they got an approval they send someone out to look at the serial numbers, even though I told them the first guy couldn’t see the numbers AND TOOK THE PART WITH HIM. We are now in 2022 Feb and I have not heard ANYTHING back from this company. I called today and Halley tells me I don’t think they ordered the part because of blah blah. No apologies for the zero communication or I’ll take care of this for you, NOTHING. This was a really bad experience and I just hope that the home warranty did not pay them because they did absolutely nothing.
When my home warranty company sent my ticket to H&E, I was very skeptical because home warranties are notorious for using low quality companies. That was not the case with H&E. I had so many preexisting issues with my house in conjunction with my AC system and H&E was there with me every step of the way. They came out every time I asked about an issue and they came up with creative solutions to address my concerns. The professionalism and kindness shown by the office staff and technicians were the best that I have ever experienced with a home systems company. I will be using H&E for all of my future HVAC maintenance and repairs. Thank y'all so much!
Used H&E to Install my a/c system a little more pricey than competitive company's but you pay for what you get , Brandon and the entire office was great for the whole buying process from needing an estimate to signing the papers, even install team was on time and very thorough with the whole process will be recommending to anyone and everyone I know , Thanks again H&E for the great service.
H&E Comfort Services we’re recommended to me by Entergy to install a Smart Thermostat given to me from Entergy. James McCallister, their tech literally saved our lives. He found the pipes and flues were not attached correctly, thus leaking gas exhaust into our home. The previous maintenance companies we used did NOT check thoroughly enough. H&E repaired and replaced all necessary. When I had a concern/question about the instal, reps from the company came out the same day to check and explain my concerns. My husband and I THANK THEM!
This was our first time and we were very well pleased and thank you so very very much. The guy was very nice and polite. You have a customer from now on. Thanks so much, God bless your business 100 fold.
All the employees and owner put the customer first. As they travelled to my home they give you a tracking map to let you know where they are. Well that's just a little thing. Every person I dealt with from the owner to the installers and the salesperson and the office manager went out of their way to make sure they had a happy customer. Wendy ( the office manager will make sure all your questions are answered. Employees are what makes a difference in every business. I assure you that you can't go wrong with H & E Comfort Services.
