I called for an estimate on a new ac unit for my home and the lady I talked to was so sweet and answered all my questions thoroughly! They came out fairly quickly and the guy was very polite and answered all my questions as well! Definitely will recommend them to my friends and family ❤️

I had a wonderful experience with H&E Comfort Services! Ms. Jolie Lewis in the office was friendly and helpful, and Mr. Sam McGallian, the AC technician, was outstanding! They were professional, customer-service oriented, and respectful. Sam took pictures of every concern that needed to be addressed, and answered all my questions, making sure I understood what needed to be done and the costs, and then showed me pictures of all the completed work. He was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, and I would recommend him and this company to anyone!

I contacted Haley Nieto from H&E comfort services to set ip an appointment. She was quick in her response and was able to accommodate me for the day I needed. If this is the customer service you get from just the scheduling part of it I can’t wait to see the actual job being done. All in all I’d give this company 5 stars across the board. My I stall went about as smooth as I could hope for. The installer trey went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed even while running into complicated issues he still delivered top notch service . I will be a customer for the rest of my life thanks to his dedication and customer service can’t say enough about the dispatch team for keeping me in the loop the whole time and for the manager Wendy for addressing my concerns as well. Updated on 6/14/22 I can’t say enough things about this company ac went off today due to something minor called in to see about servicing the unit within an hour they had someone out and fixed the problem. I can’t thank this team enough for all they have done if anyone is looking for a quality company look no further

The gentleman were on time and extremely polite. They covered everything in detail before the work was done and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves when finished. The job they did was absolutely amazing and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to all family and friends. On a scale of 1-10 I’d give them a 15. They are just that good !!!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service. Kane took the time to troubleshoot my issues, & added 410A refrigerant. Kane was outstanding, I’m very pleased, very friendly, and took the time to determine what was going on. I recommend H&E for residential, & commercial work.

The technician, Justin Bauher was very prompt, courteous and professional. He solved my problem very quickly and only charged me for the visit. Overall it was a satisfying experience.

They were amazing! We had a rollercoaster of a ride trying to get my central AC system working and they were there every step of the way. We felt so valued as customers and we will continue to use them moving forward. They genuinely care about the customers 100% satisfaction and they went above and beyond for us. Great communication skills from the office staff to the repair guys; we never felt ignored throughout the repair process. Highly recommend them!!

Great company! Very happy to have found them to install my new HVAC systems. My older house definitely presented some challenges and the team rose to the occasion to leave me with a professionally installed system that is working great! Even after the job was completed, the whole team, back office and technicians have been very patient, answering all of my questions.
