The technician was timely and professional! Outstanding service and very competent. He was able to explain what he was doing without talking over my head and gave fair prices and honest answers.

They do pretty good work and have convenient technology that let's you know when they guy's coming and what not. They end the work with a huge sales pitch about some kinda monthly $20 monthly subscription, and they hit you with a ton of fuzzy math, so be ready for that. Guy was very nice though.

Britton took special attention to help by putting some vinegar in the drain pipe for us while he was here
Which was greatly appreciated .Also took special care with my plants while servicing the outside unit.

Always great service from time of first call to end of job. Have used RCA/C for many years, two a/c units replaced on primary home, and work on rental property also. Techs always on time, great work, courteous and answer questions fully. I will recommend RCA/C for quality work.
