My AC unit has had several problems with over producing condensation, electrical issues, past maintenance neglect, and Pack HVAC has basically restored it at a fraction of the cost of what a new unit would cost. Mardrel specifically, was very knowledgeable, time efficient, punctual, and professional. I’d highly recommend them if you want honest and a fair company keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Mr. Pack showed up within 30 minutes of me calling. It doesn’t get any better than that! High quality work, and great customer service. Mr. Pack also took the time to explain things to me. I ended up signing up for their semi-annual maintenance plan. The next day, Ron came out to do a thorough cleaning of my unit. Very professional staff. Great company!

I have used Pack HVAC Services for years now. They installed a new unit for me a few years ago and did not break the bank. They have done such a great job and have been so reliable that I never thought of using any other company. I have never had to wait on a repair. Whenever any issues arise, I feel comfortable sending a message and Pack HVAC is there no later then the next day. My unit stopped blowing cool late one evening and the owner came out that same night so I can sleep comfortably. This type of service is unheard of today. The really impressive part was when I had the new unit installed, they added an extended warranty from the manufacturer which has literally saved me thousands over the past 9 years. I would not have suggested or purchased it on my own but it has made all of the difference and I am glad they did it. If you are searching, look no further. You will not be disappointed!!!

Our AC broke five years in August ago while my husband was on a business trip in China. I had to educate myself pretty quickly on HVAC systems. Mr. Pack didn't just quote me a price, he sat down and explained what SEER was, what variable speed was, and what my options were. I felt comfortable with PACK HVAC. Mr. Pack is beyond professional as are his employees. They are courteous, thorough, and I trust them without a doubt. Mr. Pack comes out twice a year to clean and inspect our unit and we have never had a problem. It runs beautifully, quietly, and has cut our electric bill in half. I have and would recommend Pack HVAC. I am also confident that if there ever was a problem, Mr. Pack would be here immediately. Pack HVAC Services was exceedingly professional and prompt! I had same day service at night and needed a new motor for my AC and my fan that was no longer turning. He rapidly diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained what was wrong; repairing the motor within minutes! I can't remember the last time I had astounding service from a business.
