Pack HVAC is very professional. Our AC unit went out and he came out—the same day and repaired it within one hour. He explained the process as every step of the way and the price was very reasonable. Because of this, I will have Pack conduct routine preventive maintenance every 6 months. I am so glad I found this company!!!!

My AC was cutting off and on for a few days. Called Pack HVAC and Mardrel came out the same day. Unfortunately the unit had to be replaced, but he didn’t hesitate with providing the necessary information to get a new unit in and installed to avoid us being in the heat. I called several companies and they all said it’ll be 6-8 hrs before they can even get back with me to check and see what the problem is , if they even answered. I Called PACK HVAC SERVICES AND MARDREL CALLED BACK IN A FEW MINUTES HE WAS A MAN OF HIS WORD, CAME RIGHT OVER AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER! A competing company told my dad his air conditioner needed freon and a new condenser and quoted $1,100 and tried to sell him a maintenance plan. I had a feeling the company was trying to take advantage of him. I called Pack and got a second opinion. Pack told me there were no leaks and the freon levels were fine and did not see anything that needed to be fixed.

The system is older so we discussed a reasonable plan and a timeline for when we would need to consider a replacement. Basically, we saved a lot of money, have a great maintenance plan in place, and have several more years of peace of mind.
