Fire and Ice was referred to me by a friend in the A/C repair business a few years ago. I've called on them a few times and every time I was very pleased with their service.
Nick has been the tech to come by every time. Nick is professional, polite and personable, (he's a nice guy).Whoever answers the phone is just as nice as Nick, they call you back when they say they will.
In my early years my father used to say to me, "always find a good mechanic/doctor BEFORE you need one". In this case *Fire and Ice* is one of those businesses.

Nick and his crew were great to work with. They hauled out our antique heating system and replaced it promptly with a new one. Nick went out of his way to find us a unit, there's a shortage right now. Everyone was friendly, polite and informative and made sure all was tidy when they left. We'll definitely use them again and highly recommend Fire and Ice.

I saw Fire and Ice heating and cooling company advertised on Facebook. I immediately responded and Brittany called me back for an appointment for someone to come give me an estimate. Christian came out and gave an estimate which was considerably less than any estimate that I had received before. I was so impressed with the estimate and Christian‘s demeanor that I decided immediately to have them do the work and I approved the estimate. That was on December 2, and today they came to install my new heating and air system in a little bit less than four hours and also installed two new vents in a sunroom and they had to do considerable work on that . Their work is professional top grade and I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are fantastic. They worked me into their schedule even though I called last-minute, agreed to meet me early in the morning before normal work hours, then showed up early to my house. Everyone I talked to was highly professional and very personable. The price was exactly as advertised. I highly recommend and will use again.

When I decided it was time to replace my 30 year old condensing unit and 18 year old air handler I sought quotes from multiple companies. I ended up choosing Fire and Ice because of their competitive pricing and reputation. I literally could've bought a new car for what one of the companies quoted me. Fire and Ice replaced my 3.5 ton system for about $800 more than what the gentlemen working out the back of his truck quoted me. And they didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't want or need like some of the companies did.

On the day of the installation, a crew of 4 techs showed up on time and were professional throughout the entire process. The job was done quickly and to my satisfaction.

I had never heard of Fire and Ice Heating and Air however, I am thankful the warranty company (HomeServe) sent them for my repairs.The technician Mr. Robert was thorough and very knowledgeable of the job. He arrived an hour earlier than estimated, which was a blessing. Mr. Robert was polite, courteous, and explained everything he had to do to complete the job

Fire & Ice is one of the best company out there. The two gentlemen Cade and Cole were awesome when they came to my home. My house was 86-88 degrees inside, They fixed it right away and right after they explained everything to me. Very professional and helpful.Great price too, I will be recommending them more and more.

These folks were friendly, efficient, and helped me keep my cool even when my AC was out. They came to the St. Francisville area (I had been turned down by others), are competitively priced, and were a pleasure to work with. I have since recommended them to neighbors, too.
