Would recommend Fire and Ice to anyone looking for fast, reliable service for a/c and heating. Customer service was beyond helpful helping me deal with a home warranty claim. Very informative and competent dealing with the steps necessary with the home warranty and gave great advice. The installation techs were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend!

BAD NEWS ON THIS COMPANY ! They were good a few times however this last time they came out and never looked to see if it was the capacitor which my husband told them he thought it was. Instead they put a defective switch and said it had broken because of black ants. Only worked a couple days. Billed us 350.00. Then we had them back to fix it again. They put a completely different switch on which only worked 4 days. They never checked the capacitor. They billed us over 350.00 again. We refused to pay them again for a second switch. They never refunded us for the first switch. We had a different company come out and it was the capacitor. It's fixed now.

My air went completely out in a storm. It was old anyway and time to replace the whole unit. I called at least 15 people to come out and give me an estimate. Fire and ice was the only ones who didn’t try to get over on me because I am a woman. One company told me $10,280 that’s not including the interest. Fire and ice did the job with a price thousands of dollars less with the best interest rate I could have possibly got. I got a top brand and they had it done in just a few days. It took less than two hours for them to remove the old one and have the new one up and running and that says a lot because I have a package unit. Save time and just call fire and ice. Brittany and Nick are gonna give you the best price. I know. I called sears,Accu temp, one hour river city and that’s just a few. I did my homework and I promise you fire and ice can’t be beat. Thank you Nick and Brittany. I wish I could give 20 stars. Now my kids are freezing.

We’ve now used Fire & Ice 3 times in the past year. Needed a minor repair the first time, called back to service the unit a couple months later, and now they just finished roughing in our new install while building. They have been very professional, responsive, and informative from the beginning. I will continue calling Fire & Ice for any heating/cooling needs.

Nick was one of the kindest people I’ve met. He knew exactly was he was doing and fixed the problem immediately. Very efficient in his job.

When they discovered that the part was covered by warranty, they handled communications with the manufacturer. When the part arrived, the company scheduled an appointment. The service crew arrived at the appointed time and handled the task quickly. I am a very satisfied customer!

Nick and Brittany are the nicest people ever. They are always very friendly and courteous. I have use them on numerous occasions and they have done magnificent work each time. We fell in love with them the first time they did a job for us. On point always!!!
