Jones Heating & Cooling

On Monday, July 17th, my AC conked out for good. I was expecting house guests and an event later that would include over twenty guests. Jones HVAC saw my desperation, and thanks to them, by the time the first guests arrived on Friday, the 21st, cool air was circulating in my home. Jones' HVAC went the extra mile for me, and I truly appreciated their work!

Jones H&C has been consistently excellent through our 30 year relationship. When the old heat pump gave up in the January cold, Jones consulted, explained, and then installed the new, efficient system in record time.

On 7/3/2018 problem with ac unit tripping breaker. This heating and cooling company sent tech out. He only did a basic routine check on system. DID IN NO WAY ISOLATE REPORTED PROBLEM! Still had same symptoms. I went to the mountains to hike and relax for a couple of months. Came home yesterday only to find extremely high humidity in the house. THE AC UNIT IS NOW TOTALLY DEAD. CALLED THE HEAT AND AIR, NOTHING RESOLVED WITH THEM
REFERRED TO ATTORNEY.
CANNOT AND WILL NOT REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON!!!
Found reliable, competent, honest and trustworthy HVAC tech who immediately diagnosed the problem. Had to replace parts damaged by the negligence of jones' tech to isolate problem. Needless to say running high capacity dehumidifier for 48 plus hours to remove high humidity. Now comes the expense of cleaning mildew from walls, woodwork, cabinets, furniture and clothing caused by the incompetence of jones' tech.

Josh Atkins did a great job and wasn’t very courteous. He came out after hours in freezing cold weather and took care of my heating problems. Thank you Josh!

They were on time and showed up when they said they would and done an absolutely beautiful job they also took the time out to explain everything about the ductless mini split that they installed with the customer they cleaned up everything an didn't leave a mess behind excellent customer satisfaction employees were very respectful definitely will be using Jones heating an cooling again

Justin and Richard spent the day taking out the old unit and installing a new Trane System. All I can say is they are very profession thru the whole process. When they left the area was very clean and the new unit works like a champ..

Jones did a great job. They were prompt and knowledable, and Chris Jones was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Never called back. Waited a week and called another service company. They discovered that jones put a cap on the AC condenser drain pipe. Causing water to build in the upper level and drain onto the trane circuit board. Very disappointed.

Called for maintenance of my heating and cooling unit. They came the next day and serviced my unit. Great friendly service!

Had my entire HVAC unit replaced and these guys did great! They were recommended to me and I'm glad I went with them.
