Having to replace a heater/ac system is a major expense but Chris J. did a great job of helping me find the right system and at a price that was way lower than their competition.
The installation went very smoothly and Jeff and Brandon (the installation team) were prompt, polite and most importantly, capable and knowledgeable. Soooo nice to be cool again in the summer heat.

I called Jones on Wednesday afternoon with a cooling problem on a unit they had installed in July of 2018. They had Josh here early Thursday AM. Josh was a knowledgeable and pleasant young man, very professional. he had the problem diagnosed and correct in 15 minutes. Great, great service.

I needed 2 different services. I needed an estimate on a new unit & also to have my unit looked at in the mean while.
The woman on the phone who was over the service department was rude & had an attitude.
The guy that came out for an estimate in sales was pushy & just had poor business skills.
The assistant who came out was nice though.
There's no way I'd do business with such poorly ran business.

We had a 4.5 year old Trane unit that the compressor failed on. It was diagnosed by another AC repair shop and quoted at $1132 to replace it .(with the part under warranty) I called about 8 different Trane authorized repair centers within a 30 mile range and Jones was the least expensive out of the bunch. I understand you sometimes get what you pay for, but in this case, we felt completely confident in their work. The original AC company spent about 30 seconds on site to condemn the compressor, however before Jones started working, their tech took apart the unit and actually ran several tests to actually confirm the compressor had failed. The part was installed 2 days later as promised and the price was what it was quoted. We recommend them highly and will look to them in the future for any heating or AC repairs before wasting time with anyone else. Quality service, fair pricing.

We purchased the HVAC unit recommended by Jones Heating and Cooling and couldn't be happier. The new unit is quiet and cool in the summer and now that it is getting cold, we have the best heating system we've ever owned. We depend on Jones Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them to our friends in the neighborhood.

Jeremy, Larry, and Sherman worked very hard on a total replacement of my HVAC system. They showed up timely each day ready to work and were willing to answer any questions I had. They left the project area looking better after they finished than it looked before they started.

This is a great company from top down. Over the years we’ve Had 3-4 service calls and 2 systems replaced. Have met several of the Techs and all of them have been friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable in the trade. Good job Jones!

My experience with Jones Heating & Cooling has gone back many years with excellent service. This time our blower went out on an old model, so no air-conditioning... they came out the it broke and was installing a new unit the next day... Praise the Lord!!! Chris and Dustin did a Great Job... they cleaned up after themselves [and left my mess were it was ;-) ]... they were very considerate and represented the company with professionalism. I was/am concerned about the Warranty being Registered and Chris put it on the invoice for them to send me full information when it was registered, since they do that at their office.
I will be calling them again when their assistance is needed... Thank You!!
