Tech that worked with us was very knowledgeable. He was honest, upfront and fixed our unit. He did also tell us our options so we could make our decision to replace or fix unit. The company did txt messages for appointment reminders. Techs were Never late, worked and professional.

Very satisfied. Installers arrived on time and finished the job by afternoon. Very professional installation. They stayed around to make sure that everything was running properly. They were very willing to answer all of my questions and explain how everything worked. They cleaned up all of the work area when they were finished. They even explained in detail how the new thermostat is programed and how to program it myself. This is a company that I will be doing business with in the future.

Josh from the Lexington office took care of our heat pump malfunction quickly and very reasonably priced. They didn't try to pull anything (like one HVAC company that wanted to charge $600 to "gas up" our units (each!) regardless of how much gas was needed.... must have thought I just fell off the pumpkin wagon). We recommend Jones HVAC highly!

Quickly responded to our call. Replaced our Geothermo unit 4 years ago and repaired it this time under warranty. The owner is a great guy and his repairmen are well qualified. Often difficult to get an answer when you call the office or get a call back when you leave a message. Not sure what the office staff do.

The AC went out in my home...within 20 minutes of calling I was greated at my home by Josh Adkins. Within another 15 minutes he found the problem and I had nice cold ac coming thru my vents. What wonderful professional people are out in the fields representing the finest AC and heating company in Madison county. Thank you Jones heating and cooling for sending Josh to our rescue..

This company was recommended by another HVAC co. My husband called and left messages twice, on Monday & Tuesday. It is Wednesday and the calls have yet to be returned.!!!! POOR customer service. Called another company, and will not use Jones for any future HVAC needs. This is not an invalid review, the name is McQueen, and the calls were from Michael McQueen. but no worries, we found an amazing company to fix our heater.
