I noticed after a couple 85° days the upstairs unit was 4° off of what it was set at. Basement unit was sluggish too. I decided to call Air Pro after talking with my neighbors and getting good feedback. CJ came out Monday and hooked his equipment up to the condensing unit outside. He was very informative and educational showing me what the different pressures and other sensors on the instrumentation meant. The result was our Freon levels were low on both units due to condensing coil leak. Both the furnace and the condensing units were original to the house about 25 years old. Because of this I asked for a optional quote to replace both full systems, there was never any pressure from Air Pro to sell me on anything. The pricing was about half cost of local competitors, very fair, they came out and installed both units within 48 hours. Upon removing or attic furnace CJ discovered that the old heat exchanger was cracked so we are glad we went with getting it replaced. Original condensing units were 10 SEER rated and we got a great deal on 16 SEER units, cools a lot faster. Original furnace rated 68k BTU replaced with 75k. Air Pro was very professional, courteous, and cleaned up work areas well. We are very happy with them and will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.

Called Christmas Eve and Air Pro came out that day and fixed our heat just in time for Christmas.

One of our units quit working causing the temperature to rise to 89 degrees inside the house. With my wife on maternity leave with a one month old I called the guys at AirPro and they were at the house within an hour and had the capacitor replaced. I can’t recommend these guys enough and will use them for all my heating and air needs going forward.
