THIS IS OUR 2ND EXPERIENCE WITH AIRPRO THE FIRST VISIT WAS AT MY PRIMARY HOUSE. WE CALLED IN THE MORNING AND THAT AFTERNOON THEY WERE THERE AND HAD THE HOUSE COOLING WITH MIN REPAIR COST. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THE SAME DAY SERVICE WITH HAVING A 3 YR OLD AND IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. THE 2ND VISIT WAS JUST A PROFESSIONAL, MY RENTERS CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE A/C HAD QUIT WORKING. THEY ALSO HAVE A YOUNG CHILD IN THE HOUSE SO I RUSHED OVER THERE AND INSPECTED THE SYSTEM FOUND FROZEN OVER. CONTACTED AIRPRO AND AGAIN SAME DAY SERVICE BUT GOT BAD NEWS MY 30YR OLD UNIT HAD FAILED. WORKED WITH RYAN AND HE WAS ABLE TO GET ME AN ESTIMATE FOR A REPLACEMENT SYSTEM AND THEY HAD IT IN STOCK. THE BEST PART THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL IT THE VERY NEXT DAY. MY RENTERS ONLY HAD ONE AFTERNOON OF NO A/C THANKS TO THE CREW AT AIRPRO HEATING & COOLING.
