This company and its employees are 5 star! Becky in the office went above and beyond in finding a coil for our unit. Eric and Zane came out on the first service call to diagnose the problem. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and informative. Clint and Aaron came out on the second service call to replace the coil. They, too, we're friendly and and courteous while still being professional. They let us know before soldering that they might set off the smoke alarm so we wouldn't be alarmed if it went off. I was very happy with the service we received from Robbins. My house is cooling off nicely as I type this.I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future if I have more a/c or heating problems.

Bob & Zane showed up on time last week when my air was down. They were extremely thorough. Turns out I didn’t even need a part, but they did a system check, a major cleaning and got my system going. Professional, friendly, and informative!

Several companies came out for the issue I was having. All of them were pretty much guessing and throwing parts at it which was not resolving the issue. Of course I told the tech what all has been done up to this point so he was aware but he actually brought out tools and tested what he thought was the issue. He was pretty confident what the issue was after some tests and I trusted his diagnosis because he actually used his tools.
I made the recommended changes to the venting and sure enough, issue resolved. Forever a Robbins customer.

Woke up this morning to no heat :( called Robbins and they were here by 930am! And replaced my 30 year old heating unit with a brand new one the same day!!! ...very affordable! Very friendly. Clean and efficient! Loved loved loved Robbins!

Great company. Used Robbins for our new build install. They've always been attentive when we've had questions. We recently had a bad capacitor, and they were promptly out to replace it, and within the 2hr window they gave us. The labor charge seemed very reasonable (part was under warranty) and the tech even noticed that my outside unit had sunk on one side due to ground settle and re-leveled it with rubber isolators. He also checked the pressures, etc to make sure everything else looked OK. A very nice touch and attention to detail. Thanks for great service! Jeff Stevens

Cannot express how much I encourage the city of Louisville to not use Robbins. Horrible customer care and we gladly moved on from them to better companies. Poor customer service, poor maintenance, poor response times, and we’ve been proven many times they could care less about customer retention. Please take it from someone who is exhausted by both lack of help with a poor HVAC system and thousands of dollars in the hole from correcting mistakes that Robbins made - take your money elsewhere and I assure you you will be far less disappointed in both your time and money spent.

They are the best Heating and AC company I have dealt with. I had a horrible experience with one of the more commercial companies, and David Haddad helped us choose an AC that was compatible with our new furnace. He gave us an excellent price, and when we recently had some furnace pump issues, the technicians were courteous, on time, explained everything, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. I will sing the praises of this company for many many years.

We've been customers over 30 years. Always buy the service contract. When I called to get our summer inspection it took a month before they were able to come. It's great there busy I just thought loyalty mattered.
