Have used Robbins for years, had them out to my house this past summer to add ductwork and do an ac tuneup. Also had them repair my fathers account this past summer. Called to have my fathers oil furnace serviced today and was treated like I have never used them before. Was refused service because they are too busy to take on a new customer.guess its time to establish with a new company, they used to be very professional.

Came out added freon to ac unit and replaced caps. Rep advised no leaks. Cost $502. 2 days later a/c stopped working. Wanted to charge another $130 plus $15 every 30 minutes just to come back. Just had another company come out and advise there is a leak. Won't use them again or any company unless their work comes with a warranty

We built a new home and Robbins installed our heating and cooling system. From the beginning we had problems. A year and a half later after multiple attempts by Robbins they could not get it to work properly. We tried calling over a week ago and no return phone call. So we contacted another company. We wished they were the installers. The technician within 30-45 minutes found multiple mistakes. He corrected the issues and the system is performing better than it ever has. I would not recommend Robbins for anything.

Robbins installed my HVAC system in 2017 and have serviced it ever since. Was extremely disappointed when they showed up 20 minutes AFTER the 2 hour window they gave me for a simple AC tune up.

My air conditioner stopped working on Saturday afternoon, I called Robbins and within 30 minutes Jack the technician called me and came to my home, within less than 30 minutes he had my 20 year old air conditioner compressor up and running . I was very pleased with the service of Jack and the company.This company came recommended to me by a co-worker and I am so glad to have found such an honest company. Their weekend service prices were far less than an others. I would highly recommend this company.

This company is HONEST and will always work to try and fix your unit. They are reliable and show up when they are called. They are the only company I will use because so many of them just want to sell you a new unit.

A few years ago I had another company try and sell me a new unit and my boss told me about Robbins. I called them and they were able to replace a part. It cost me $150.00 instead of $5,000! I was beyond relieved. Every time they come out they work to fix your unit and take care of you. This is a place you can TRUST!

We called them about 4pm the day before Thanksgiving and they were to our home very quickly. They discovered the problem and had it fixed within an hour and were very reasonable on their pricing. I cant tell you how nice they were and how fearful we are that they were able to get to us so fast the day before a major holiday. So a heat big thank you to them and tomorrow we can say we are fearful to Robbins Heating & Air Conditioning for taking care of our furnace! Thank you guys, and happy holidays!!

Great service all around!!! Within only 3 hours of calling Robbins our air conditioner was up and running! We've had bad experiences in the past with other companies when our heat has gone out a couple of times. Robbins made the process of getting our AC fixed quick and painless. They were professional and friendly. Highly recommend them!
