I requested a service tune-up for a Trane heat-pump through my home warranty service at 0600 hours on 16 October 2018. The folks at Holder's Heating & Air contacted me at 0930 on the same day. The appointment was set for 1700 hours. At 1705, the team arrived and began checking my system. After a complete diagnosis, my system was given a 100% rating. This is a good company that follows through with their promise. Thanks to them, I know my heat and air system is top notch for the weather. I appreciate the quick response and recommend giving them a call for any HVAC needs your home requires.

Holder's is always quick to respond and takes care of all of our heating/air conditioning needs. They have helped us keep our existing units in great shape and do fantastic work when a unit needs to be replaced. Wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

Not politea customer service standpoint when there is an issue. Got set up through our home warranty. Took 3 weeks to get a fan Blade and that was not the issue. Threw it on and bolted and did not check to see if it worked. Now at square one in the middle of June with no idea what the problem is and no help. Starting back over at home warranty. Pretty terrible service our opinion. Freated us like we should have been happy they came at all .. but did absolutely nothing to help us. Same as 3 weeks ago...no ac.

We had a problem with air flow in our office. Several HVAC technicians tried to solve the issue and failed, costing us thousands of dollars over several years. Todd and Brandon fixed the issue on the first try with an innovative solution. Reliable, professional, and responsive.

Our air went out when the weather was 100 degrees and they were the only ones that would come out that day we had a baby in the house and it showed how much they cared to work us in and get our house cool that day everyone else I had called was 3 to 4 days away and I had called a lot before I found their listing I highly recommend them
