My home warranty sent Holder's out after I had issues with previous companies. I needed repairs on my A/C and believe the prior company destroyed my unit. I was given the run around by my home warranty and they finally sent holder's out. They found the issue and Cheryl was able to get me a brand new AC unit. Everyone I have dealt with have been patient, friendly, and was willing to explain the process. Excellent customer service.

Holders was amazing! The home warranty company gave us someone else at first and they were awful. Holders called within an hour and fit us in same day! The gentleman that came to work on our furnace was so nice and polite and fixed our furnace with ease! I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone!

My home warranty company sent Holder's out to fix my AC. A previous AC repair company had overlooked the faulty motor on my furnace and I was without airconditoning for a week during the hottest and most humid part of the summer (late August). Holders fit me into their schedule. Brandon, my repair tech, was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely competent. He installed a new motor and my air was up and running!

They were awesome! The previous company my home warranty sent us was a total joke! I called Holders and they said they could have a tech out between 2 and 3 today! He just left and was so nice and polite! We have heat and I will only use them from now on!

They were amazing! My furnace went out on a Friday, and they sent a team that afternoon. They worked diligently with my home warranty company, pushed to get a quick resolution, and had me up and running with a new furnace before the cold front hit the following Monday. Their team worked into the evening to make sure I had heat. Great team and customer service approach. Will definitely use again.
