Holder's Heating & Air

I have dealt with Holders Heating & Air for years now. So much so, that I rather pay out of pocket rather than going through my home warranty company. Holders has installed a unit inside of my home and on one of my properties; The blower on the rental property went out recently and they did not hesitate to come out (multiple times) to fix the issue. Very professional and nice people. I love working with this company. Satisfaction always guaranteed!

Our AC Blower stopped working on what looks to be the warmest week of the year so far and on a holiday. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Our technician showed up as scheduled and was able to have us back up and running quickly. I highly recommend Holders Heating and Air for not only service issues when something isn’t working, but their annual maintenance program to check out your AC/Furnace ahead of the season highs/lows weather.

What a great company! We have rental properties and when the A/C was not working got there promptly and repaired in record time, renter was so happy and pleased. We also have our own HVAC repaired cleaned professionally, timely. Excellent job would highly recommend to anyone. Great job Holder’s heating and air!

Holder's Heating & air replaced our entire HVAC system and we were very pleased with their service. They were honest with the issues we had and their quote/pricing (affordable), so we knew what to expect up front. Their customer service was excellent as they worked hard to locate a unit that would work in our home. We found them to be professional and on time to the appointment that we agreed upon. I would highly recommend using this company for all of your heating/air conditioner needs.

I work with Winterwood Inc and we use Holders HVAC, for several properties. I love that they always respond with in the same day. They also try everything before saying we have to replace the unit. Very nice and respectful to the properties and the tenants homes. The office staff is very responsive when I call and very polite.

Very respectful young man installed a new a/c unit for me yesterday. He was on time, courteous, and a great communicator explaining what he would do inside and outside of my home. I was relieved that they had sent me such a nice installer since I was home by myself. Great customer service!!

There is simply not enough GREAT things to say about Holders Heating and Air! But I can try… First; they have an unparalleled sense of urgency. They treat each and every issue like it’s one of their own. I can’t say how much I appreciate that. Secondly; the quality of work is great! You won’t need another visit or follow up after the initial visit, but in case you did. I’m sure it’ would be no problem to send someone from Holders right back out to identify and correct the issue. That kind of professionalism is very rare today, and I can’t say thank you enough to the people there, they are super friendly, super effective, and they somehow know answers to questions I had outside of their trade!! I don’t know how I could be any more grateful for the help they have given me and the relationship that came from just asking for help… they have been nothing short of a miracle and one of the biggest blessings I’ve had in a very long time! My problem was diagnosed quickly & the part was delivered/installed in a timely manner. Even stayed longer to make sure no other problems arose. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
