It is so refreshing to have professionals show up and ask all the right questions - while Derrick was here this morning regarding the new heating system, he contacted the office to set me up with Ryan the electrician. Ryan came the same afternoon and while he was here quoting the electrical work I need, he contacted your office to set up a plumber for three issues….and he is on his way now! What teamwork! Great guys!

Spencer diagnosed the capacitor on one of our AC units had quit working and upon further investigation discovered it was the wrong size. A repairman from another company had installed the wrong capacitors on both units over the past 2 years, thus creating eventual failure and possibly greater damage to the units. We appreciate Spencer’s honesty and expertise in resolving this problem in a timely manner.

I ask a lot of questions & everyone was answered politely & courteously. Devon was very respectful & explained everything very well & showed me the parts that were no longer working.

My electrician was very knowledgeable and installed our outdoor lighting very quickly! Pricing was a little steep, but we’re happy with his work!
