My AC unit went out and Robert came over, correctly diagnosed the problem. He was thorough and professional. I ended up needing a new unit and he was helpful in explaining all the options. I feel good about the experience.

Robert was very professional and thorough in checking the unit. I felt he was genuinely concerned by listening to my questions and patiently explained things step by step. Turns out our unit was not installed properly-by another company-(7 years ago) which has caused issues with the unit. We had another company that made a change to the drain line when we noticed the unit leaking in the house. Immediately he noticed and discovered the problem. We are in hopes this will allow us to get a few more years out of the unit.

Wonderful service. The electrician, Bryce, was very knowledgeable and experienced. We were able to get an appointment quickly, he showed up on time and even provided updates when he was on the way. I really appreciated the open communication as recently I have been in similar situations where the person I attempted to hire never showed up or even so much as texted they were not longer interested in the job. He explained the issue, provided a quote, and repaired the problem in under an hour. I will be calling in the future for any electrical, HVAC or plumbing issues that arise. I am a very satisfied with the service I recieved.

The technician Michael was very friendly and accommodating, he explained everything well and solved our light switch problem quickly. They arrived just on time and it was a great value, I'd happily go there again for electrical work.
