Hager and Son Heating & Cooling

My daughter's thermostat was not in working order. I called Hager and Son on a Saturday. Cody came out on the same day and had air going shortly after. I can't thank you enough. My Owensboro family will be cool again. Appreciate you!!

Part had to be ordered. Our tech offered to bring out heaters to our home but we did not need this great service. This mere offer shows the company cares about it's customers. This is our first time using Hager and Son and we plan to use them in the future. You should to!

We had a issue with our new Unit. I called and they put us on the schedule that afternoon to come out and see what was going on. They sent Jeremiah. Awesome young man with a great personality. So thoughtful and concerned about what the problem was. He discovered a place that had not been sealed and he fixed it. He cleaned up behind himself and so thankful they sent Jeremiah out to our home. Within ten minutes we could tell a big difference and guess what it is cooling. Thank you .Kiddo to you all for getting us cool air.

Of course any time the subject is heating and air it's expensive, but they give you up front pricing, will finance the bill, and will show up on a Saturday if you have any issues. The newly installed heating unit quit working a week in, they came out on the Saturday it quit working right after I called. It turned out to be the breaker box. He found a circuit breaker that would work for it and fixed the issue that day. Also referred me to a local trusted electrician and didn't charge me a thing. Professional friendly service and good people to help you resolve your HVAC problems.

I highly recommend Hager and Son, we have used other companies that were unreliable and very expensive and didn' t trust them at all. With this company you will not be disappointed, they call you when they are coming and even wear shoe covers in case they track in dirt! Erin is normally our technician and he always shows you what the problem is and what to expect regarding cost. We joined the ESA yearly contract, and have been smiling ever since, it has saved us so much money and we will definitely renew

Our first encounter was when our furnace went out on a cold winter night in 2015. We had moved into an old house and got the surprise that the heat and air conditioning both needed replacement. Danny and his crew fixed our immediate problem and then installed new equipment. They are here anytime we have needed them. I would give them another star if there was one. Add HONESTY to the list!

They installed my Furnace and Air Conditioner central forced air unit about 1 year ago. They were wonderful people and very professional. Installed it in one day in pouring rain and had me cool that night.
