Steve's heating and cooling installed the HVAC and furnace in our new construction home, so I never met the workers, or talked to an employee, that was all on the builder's end. But I can say that the work that they did is excellent. I was very impressed with all of the heating/cooling ducts and how tight everything looked. We've been in the house about 3 months now and haven't had an issue.

On July 5, 2022 at 8:15 pm I left a message on the after hours service line requesting after hours service. The recorded voice said "Your call will be returned promptly." It is now 9:32 pm and the call has not been returned. I have left 2 other calls requesting service on the same line. No response.

Great service from the quote through installation and post-installation follow-up. We have only had our system a couple months and have experienced an immediate reduction in energy cost and improvement in climate control and overall comfort in our home. The system is super quiet as well.

Highly recommend Steves Heating & A/C. I have had numerous heating companies over the last 5 years including two recommend directly by the manufacture , as I believe this High Efficient System has never cycled correctly since it was installed I called Steves Heating for service when it would not run at all. From the young lady that answered phone to Matt who came out to look at it everything was very professional. When Matt left I told my wife I believe he really fixed it this time. I truly believe the difference was that Matt asked and then actually listen to me. He quickly found a loose wire nut, and had it working. He then explained to me that while it was working now , he did not do anything that would correct my concerns over how the system was working. He want to continue checking a few things. After about 10 minutes he found a wire the was crossed. He corrected that, and he ran it thru different scenarios. The difference was he listened. He could have left after fixing the loose connection, leaving me again with a High Efficient System that was not working efficiently. Matt, thank you for listening.

The technician was right on time, Immediately got to work checking out the heating and cooling system. He discovered the coolant was a little low. He cleaned the filter and added a little coolant. The cooling system has been working very well through out our hot and humid summer. When the technician was finished, you couldn’t tell that he had been here. There was no mess to clean up. We were very pleased with the service we received!

Updated 2: We were issued a refund by Steve's Heating and Cooling for one of the services in the past - turned out it was covered by the service agreement. Also the steel burner, that continuously caused issues, was replaced with a stainless steel burner, with no charge. And now we are covered till the end of the year by a reinstated service agreement. I appreciate all the effort to make it right, definitely a good impression. Hopefully if the future issues can be resolved in a timely manner with the technicians answering customers questions, explaining the problem and elevating it up when needed.

After my review I got a call from Steve's Heating and Cooling and was approached with a suggestion to make things right. I appreciate the timely reply and adequate reaction to the problem. Will be updated further.
Initial review: We bought a new house from Arlinghaus builders, and the very first heating season we started getting issues. The heating wouldn't work. The Steve's heating and cooling was marked as the servicing company, so we called them. The issue was fixed, some extra tube for condensation placed (why not install it in the first place for the new house?). Then the cooling season brought problems, had to fix it again. And the next heating season - same issue as the last year. So, having a brand new house with the brand new HVAC we got into serious spending with Steve's to service and make it work. Feels like we trapped, they didn't offer a permanent solution, just waiting for the new season to start and drop more money.

Steve's has been my go to for heating and cooling for years. I've been fortunate to move out of a condo that they helped keep warm to a new home. They are my go to whenever I have a question or when I need maintenance. Honest and affordable! Give them a chance to win you over. The whole staff is helpful!

The techs are on time and are professional in appearance. They do a good job and I don't feel like I'm being swindled. You know the feeling. I had a bearing go out on my furnace one year and was emitting carbon monoxide and they came early the next morning to fix it.

Mr Jeff, and Mr Brent, are two of the most professional men I've ever met, they're honesty and their integrity speaks volumes, I will never call anybody else for heating and cooling except for Steve's, thank God for this company!
