Air Supreme Heating and Air offers exceptional service!! I took advantage of my club membership and called in to schedule an appointment for my AC. My air didn’t seem as cold as it should be the last few days. I was added to the schedule immediately and Terry Callihan arrived to my house for a service call the next day. He was on time, efficient and very professional. After adding Freon, my AC is cold and keeping my House at the desired temp! I am extremely happy with the club membership that they offer. I will never use another company besides Air Supreme! Thank you all for allowing me to sleep comfortably tonight :)
Had to problems with my outside unit. Dustin came when he said he would and worked his butt off until the issue was fixed. Very refreshing. Even gave tips to keep problems from reoccurring we will definitely request him if we need help again.
Terry has been great to work with. Came out right away and identified problems with my current heat and air that I was aware of just not to what extent. He pointed out safety issues that I was unaware of and ordered and scheduled the right unit for our home. Work should be completed soon and along with lower electric bills we have peace of mind that the jobs done right. Wish I’d have had him do our first install when we built the house. Even drove to my work 45 minutes away to pick up the check to get started.
They answered my call after hours and scheduled the call for the next afternoon. They showed up on time for the call. I bought the repair package so I will get fall and spring inspections for only 13.00 or so paid per month. I have this for my rental property which is perfect for the repairs and maintenance that are needed. Quality follow up too once the work was completed

YOU NEED TO READ THIS; ALL OF IT. We were so excited to upgrade our limping HVAC that had seen it's last days. Air Supreme was thorough with their assessment of what we needed and suggested 3 systems that would work. We decided to go with the top of the line $9700 Amana 18 SEER communicating split system. They honestly worked with us to get it installed as soon as possible and supplied us with portable AC units until ours was delivered which was 2 weeks. We then had to have a French drain installed b/c of standing water. When they finally got it installed on June 24 we were so excited. We went on vacation a week after install and called our son to lower the temp early on our way home which was 12 days later. Got home to see the thermostat set @ 71 with the actual temp of our home @ 76 and that was 6 hours after the set temp was lowered. Called their office the next morning and the day after that a tech was @ our home to fix the problem, which he did. It turns out that when they initially programmed the thermostat it was programmed for a dual stage as opposed to a variable system and b/c of that error the system never would kick into "high gear." Anyway, after the tech had called Goodman and been put through to a Tier 2 technician who talked him through deleting and reprogramming the thermostat it worked FOR 2 DAYS. On the morning of day 3 there was an error on the thermostat which I called Air Supreme about. Once again the same tech came out and reached out to Goodman to finally diagnose the problem which was the TXV (valve that opens and allows circulation of freon). It took a week to get that in and after it was installed, it still didn't work. Well, I called ready to demand a new heat pump b/c that was where the error was and the office personnel explained a new unit was on order. So, another week goes by before the heat pump gets replaced - AND, yep you guessed it. System still does not work. I had called Amana early on with the TXV issue and they told me that if the installers couldn't diagnose the problem the installers needed to call the regional Amana technician to actually come and verify that the system is installed properly. My question is why hasn't that happened yet. The technicians have worked tirelessly for days and I am not upset with them but I feel like we paid nearly $10,000 for a system that they do not know how to install. They have spent about 4 full days flipping through the manuals that came with the system and still can't figure it out. I am so far beyond upset it isn't funny. Our HVAC system has been installed for 7 1/2 weeks and has worked like it is supposed to for 2 days. I have a $10,000 yard ornament! This sucks!

Our power was out for several days and when it came back on the furnace (gas but no pilot, has ignitors) was blowing cold. We called a few places but no one could come out that day. Finally we contacted Air supreme and they came right out! Diagnosed the issue (friend. Circuit board from power outage) and then came the next day with the new part and installed. They had the part on in about an hour (a job thought would take hours) and boom, we had heat! They were amazing. (Dustin Branham was our tech) Great communication. Talked to us normal and didn't test us like we didn't know what we were doing (we didn't! Lol.) I recommend them highly. 10/10.
Dustin Branham was very polite and profesional!! He gave my mother a excellent price and was done when he said it was going to be done. I highly recommended them.
Terry callihan is one of the best in our area easy to deal with and fair and honest always use him no matter what. We had new installs done by a local company a few years back long story short they didn't live by there word and guarantee and didn't honor it when one of our systems failed so I called Terry at air supreme and he was on it same day he had all warranties transferred through a vigorous process and am glad to say we are getting a new unit today for free id recommend them to anyone and everyone.
