LOVE our new HVAC system! After almost 20 years, the unit that came with our house quit cooling. Terry was there quickly to give us an estimate, and go over all options with our concerns. On the day of installation, Cullen and Dakota were professional, hard working, and did great quality work! They explained how to maintain and work everything! HIGHLY recommend, and couldn’t be happier with the work completed!!!

Arrived on time and got my AC unit installed in just two days after having Terry look at our systems. Included a free duct cleaning and were super nice about everything. Highly recommend!

Great service!! Terry and his guys were always prompt with time management from the minute I scheduled an estimate to getting the equipment and installing it. They guys were here all day on a super hot day but never complained once. Couldn’t finish the job in one day due to it getting dark and they came as soon as they could the next day. They were polite and even interacted with our children. Will recommend to everyone!

When I started having trouble with my old HVAC units a couple of years ago, Terry and his team came out to make repairs. Dakota, the best tech in the business, told me that I wouldn't be able to keep putting Band Aids on my aging system and he was right. Terry came out and quickly did an estimate once the units gave up and then offered to install a temporary (company owned) window air to get us through while we waited for the install. We didn't have to wait long, within a couple days, Dakota and his crew were there working away! We were also pleased to take advantage of a three year zero interest payment plan after making a down payment. I don't know of another company that offers such quick service, quality materials, a knowledgeable staff, as well as such a great financing option. A quality HVAC system can cost 10% or more of your home's value; make sure that when you spend that much you get your money's worth.

They sent 3 crews to remove old furnace and AC unit and install new heat pump system. They were done in half the time estimated. The equipment is quality stuff. Tom and the crews did a great job and cleaned up before they left. Terry was our salesperson and we got everything he promised and more. We highly recommend Air Supreme and signed up for their service club. 👍

Great company I called about an outage and Dustin was at my house in just a few hours!! My heat and air were both up and running better than they were before my issue and Dustin was the politest gentleman I've ever spoken with especially with my being an online hvac assistant lol!! Great work performed by great workers and at a price that left something in my bank account!! Thank you again guys for the great job much appreciated!!

They responded with next day service. Dustin was pleasant, happy, helpful and knowledgeable. I was notified that he was on his way and he arrived shortly afterwards. He knew almost immediately what the problem was and had the replacement parts with him. He had us up and running in a short period of time. 😊 The cost was more than fair and less than I thought. Very happy with this company. Will be a permanent customer. Give Dustin a raise!!

Last year, we used Air Supreme for some HVAC work for our system that was not blowing cold air. They did a leak check on our mini-split system. We happily agreed to pay the quoted price of $900. We agreed to pay a premium of a recurring charge to keep us in an account for quick access to service and coupons. A few months later, we had the same issue arise. We contacted them. They quickly got us on their schedule. Once the technician came out, he noted it was leaking again, which cost us another $450. We were also told that the overall fix was to drain the entire system and fix the leak. This fix would be several hundred dollars worth of new freon. I was a little upset at the continued cost and fixes. I called and talked to Terry Callihan who is the manager. I asked if they guaranteed their previous work on this situation? He specifically said "I can make more money doing other work rather than coming all the way out there". They stated that they would reimburse us $99. We cancelled tour $25/month account. We never received the reimbursement.

I would not recommend this company. I am sad to see that they would not stand by their previous work. I do not feel that this was handled professionally, especially with the phone call to discuss our concern.

Excellent service. Joel was our technician and he was very thorough with explanations and any questions we had. About the best compliment I can give Air Supreme is I would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises. Highly recommended.
