I am an out of state land lord. I saw their reviews, got the help I needed that day and my tenant was happy with the repair. I thought it was more than a fair price for the work they did and I will be using them again in the future. Would recommend!

Jonathan replaced a tankless water heater in a rental property for me. Was a complicated mess to start with, But he figured it out and completed the job beautifully!
Also the office was very responsive and dependable.

Called and Jake came out same day. Arrived around 7:30pm and got my system up and running. Jake was great and very knowledgeable. Will use them again. 5 ⭐

Called on time for ac unit cleaning as ours had lots of cotten wood and other plant seeds stuck in it. He cleared some plant life growing around it. Thoroughly cleaned it and informed me of some older parts that may need fixing later but are working great right now. Super nice to talk to and informative. Showed me pictures of veggie and after of the unit.

First time using this company today, had a emergency issue and called them, Nina was very helpful on the phone and the technician, Mark came out quickly, he was a wealth of information and demonstrated his skill set, was able to help and fix our problem. OnTime Plumbing is the best I’ve ever used. Your 1st contact is the person who answers the phone, she was very helpful worked around our schedule. A pleasure to deal with. We had a leak somewhere our water bill went sky high. The repairmen came diagnosed the problem it was the toilet and gave us different ways to approach the problem. He gave his thoughts on what to do which worked out perfectly. Every person that came did the job quickly, cleaned up after themselves and most important did the jobs correctly. Not only did they come fix an emergency plumbing situation on a Saturday when another contractor failed do it on Friday, their tech was at the house in less than an hour after I called them! Very thorough and very professional 20/10 recommend these guys, big thanks guys!

We had a HUGE project going on in our backyard. Jason and his crew went above and beyond for us, far more than I ever expected. They were both so polite, even to my children, who had a TON of questions. Very professional. Worked their tails off. If you are looking for honest guys to get the job done, look no further.
