My husband installed a new hot water heater and was having trouble getting it to come on. I called On Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric on New Years Eve day, (which was a Saturday). Justin called back within 5 minutes and was able to walk us through getting it to work.

After our air conditioner went out, Jake took our call and responded in 30 minutes. He was extremely professional and did not waste any time diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was upfront with the cost, including the emergency fee since it was a weekend, which allowed us to make a financially informed decision. Jake was polite and provided great customer service. I would recommend and use this company again!
