Envirotech Heating & Cooling

Matt came out today to do reg. maintenance on our air conditioning unit. This was the 1st time we've used their services & would highly recommend this company. Matt was really friendly & didn't try to up-charge me on anything, like a new ac unit and actually said the unit (even though an older model) is doing everything it's supposed to be doing, which was a huge relief!! I will absolutely us Envirotech again!!!

Antony Benavides answered the emergency line in the evening last night because my thermostat has been acting up and wasn't working properly on a Friday night. He talked me through the problem, as best as possible, and then offered to fit me in on Saturday, the following day. He then called that afternoon and promptly came over. Serviced and fixed the thermostat, and then checked the furnace and outside air conditioning unit. He communicated all my options and did the required work right then. Awesome customer service. I've used Envirotech for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. Thank you Envirotech.

My furnace quit working after hours and I called the service tech. He was very prompt and came out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and found a faulty gas valve. He did not have a part but said it would be handled my the home office in the morning. Ed Saunders was at my house the next day and repaired my furnace and it is again up and running. Their service techs are the best and very prompt. I highly value my relationship with Envirotech and would recommend them to anyone. The service was covered by my warranty and did not cost me anything:-)

D.J. came to do a tune-up on my air conditioner, and found it wasn't working at all, possibly because of a nest of bumblebees on the side of the unit. After some very careful clean-out, he was able to get the AC going for the summer. He was courteous, clearly explained the problem, and did a great job. Even though this is the busy season, I was able to schedule an appointment without waiting through a weekend. I have used Envirotech in the past, and have always been pleased with their work.

Had five different companies come out to help us with our heat and a/c issues. Most of them were not personal to take the time like Envirotech. Then DJ and Nate were timely, professional and did an amazing job on our install. Will continue to do business with companies that care like this one.

Envirotech has been a great resource for our smart thermostat. We used them at our previous house and moved to a new location. They came out within a day and installed the new Ecobee 5. Evan did an awesome job. Looking forward to having them out twice a year for scheduled maintenance.

I had an AC breakdown on a holiday weekend and Envirotech had a rep call me back within 10 minutes of having left a message. Nathan called to let me know when he estimated he would be here and called when he was leaving his prior job with a Google Map estimate on timing. While in my home, he was extremely respectful, used booties, and had my problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. I am a longtime customer and have no reason to ever use another heating and cooling company.

Matt came out and spent a day fixing a leaking evaporator. He also went above and beyond discovering and fixing numerous ducting issues. He was terrific. They always have excellent communication and they don't mess around. They work hard. James (owner of Envirotech) is a first class person with high integrity, honesty, and a seriously hard work ethic. I recommend them to everyone without any hesitation.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Our old HAC company was bought out and never recovered. The search for a Geothermal tech has been exhausting.
I called Envirotech to schedule an appointment and the owner got on to answer my concerns.
I scheduled a service call with them then and there.
Evan arrived. He was knowledgeable and went to work. I am delighted!
I would not hesitate to recommend him and Envirotech!

Evan was on time. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He did an excellent job of taking care of our problem with our Fujitsu Mini Split AC.
Also I would like to add he had a clean appearance. I highly recommend him.
