Envirotech Heating and Cooling, this is not the first time I have used them. I keep going back so that says something. They have a very professional crew, both in the field and in the office. My experience started with talking to Karen, a very pleasant young lady, and a good customer service personality.
She set me up for a routine checkup on my A/C. Antony, the tech, showed up right on time. Antony had been here before, so I have had some experience with him in the past. He handles himself in a very professional manner and very knowledgeable about what he does.
I would recommend Envirotech to anyone needing HVAC service.

Jeremy Was on time and solved the problem in less than 5 minutes!
He was courteous and let me know what the plan was before he did anything. He continued to inform me as he installed the fix and had the house cooling down before I knew it.
He also answered my additional questions About how to better cool my house through the summer.
Envirotech will be my first call for HVAC help.

I was very happy with Envirotech and the service they provided for the fall maintenance on my furnace. Antony was on time and very professional. He performed the maintenance in a timely manner and explained what he did. I had thought my humidifier was not working, however, he pointed out to me that it was just not turned on. I felt embarrassed about it but he did not make me feel like the idiot I felt I was. I was grateful for that and that the humidifier was still working. I would definitely recommend Envirotech to others looking to have their furnace and AC serviced.

Envirotech's Nathan C. is an awesome young man that is very polite and personable technician. He introduces himself and makes you feel good about checking/fixing your heating/ac unit. He tells you exactly what he is doing and what needs to be done to make the unit run efficiently and be safe for your house. Super Job Nathan C. and Envirotech!!!!

Envirotech employees Nathan C and D.J. installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us on November 9, 2018 and did an AWESOME JOB!!! They explained everything and they cleaned everything up on the inside and outside. The were fantastic and were very easy to talk to about what they were doing during the installation. Great HVAC service by DJ DeMotte and Envirotech. This is my second tune up under the contract with the company, which provides twice a year service (Heating/Winter and Air Conditioning/spring) and emergency service for an affordable, budget-friendly monthly fee. I couldn't be more pleased, and have referred and will continue to refer other homeowners!

The technician was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to also walk me through my system and how to access the emergency heating element -- which I did not know about! Thank you again, DJ!

We had Envirotech out one evening as an "after hours call". We typically do not do the "After Hours" call, but our A/C quit working upstairs, and due to our downstairs being remodeled and our whole family living upstairs, we needed help! After leaving a message, our call was returned promptly and DJ was able to come out and help us get the AC back up and running. He was extremely courteous and diligent in his work in finding the source and resolution of our problem. We have been using Envirotech for a few years now and they have yet to disappoint.

I have been very impressed with the service and expertise starting with Bret who gave me my quote to Anthony and Charles who completed the job. Everybody was on time, very professional in appearance and knowledgeable .. Explained the procedures, took pictures where I couldn't see the work. My experience with Envirotech has been fantastic! From the estimate from Aaron, who gave me ALOT of good advice, to the install with Nathan, Antony and Charles. Nathan made sure I understood my new HVAC system and went over the smart thermostat they installed. He made sure I understood everything. They were all very professional, courteous and respectful of my home. In the era of Covid they all wore masks and were cautious of distancing. I can’t recommend this company enough.
