Had our HVAC completely replaced and Brandy gave a very reasonable quote and walked us through the process. Enjoyed that she was extremely professional and didn't try to upsell like others. Honest with what we actually needed with our system. Very flexible with scheduling and quick turnaround. Very fair pricing. We will be using them for our annual service as well.

Brandy and crew were very professional and answered all of my questions before, during, and after install of the AC. They were mindful of the house and kept things clean. It was easy to reach out with questions through calls or text.

Brandy at the HVAC Doc is amazing! She's responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and provides quality service at a very reasonable price. Our AC unit went out in the middle of a 10+ day heat wave, and Brandy was able to get us back up and running within a few days with a new AC unit and coil installation. Other places were quoting thousands more and couldn't fit us in for weeks. Highly recommend!!

The HVAC Doc was a referral. My AC struggled after yet another KS heatwave—we tried all the usual things with no luck. I contacted her late afternoon and she responded quickly and we had an appointment the next day! She assessed and found I needed refrigerant due to a leak and bad evaporator. She got us up and running quickly to get us through the summer. She left me an estimate if we wanted to replace the evaporator through her. I told her to contact me when she had a pocket of time. A few weeks later she texted with a spot. We took it and saw her 2 days later—repair was efficient (faster than expected). Brandy was so kind and knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly would recommend her. Plus I will always support a woman owned business!

Having worked in the home improvement industry for 20 years, I can say unequivocally that this company is the BEST one I have ever dealt with and used.
