Got 3 bids from different local companies. This was the only one who sat with me to go over the good, better and best bids they had for me. It was so nice to have someone explain the differences and listen to what our needs were. The team showed up on time and were so careful and thorough during installation. So friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and go the entire job done in one day. Can't recommend them more highly. They have a maintenance customer for life now. Thank you Dalton.

Very responsive, attentive, and explained thoroughly what was needed as well as alternative options that may better suit our needs. It is not my opinion that Dalton pushes up sales that aren't needed. Highly recommend giving Dalton Heating and Cooling a call.

Dalton is our preferred HVAC specialist because he and his company do excellent work— honest, up-front pricing; and they get the job done quickly, correctly the FIRST time! They have repaired work from previous HVAC companies in the area that were not done correctly. Dalton’s Heating and Cooling are very responsive, usually picking up the phone on the first call—if he misses my call, he always calls back within 15-30 minutes and gets on the issue in less than 24 hours. Dalton and his guys are most importantly, TRUSTWORTHY! You can’t go wrong choosing Dalton’s Heating and Cooling for any heating/cooling needs.

Our AC died, being a maintenance tech my husband checked all of our electrical components before calling the company on our unit outside. When they didn't answer multiple calls he was able to call Dalton and arranged a time for them to come out. It was determined that our compressor was toast and it was going to take a few days to get a replacement. They were able to get it swapped while I was out of town and my husband was at work! Thankfully in our situation our quote was higher than our final bill, it was all very reasonable! We will be sticking with Daltons!

We really did like this company. The guy that came in was quick and knowledgeable with his duties of fixing the issue at hand. The only downfall is the thermostat that he installed is supposed to have settings for time and date and programmable extras and it does not I’ve read through the manual and there is no extra buttons for me to push only menu and then the menu is blank
Edit to add that they came back and helped me set up my thermostat. Really like this company

well we are building a new house and Dalton and his crew was professional. and awesome and went beyond to make us happy. and his workers was awesume did a good job and they all was friendly.. would highly recommended dalton and his crew any time .. thank you guys for all your great service .. 😁👍🏻
