Dalton was very responsive to my request for quote to replace our original HVAC system. He showed up when he said he would, worked with me on the estimate and recommendation. We had our heating and cooling system replaced due to lack of efficiency of our prior system not being able to put out and keep up. Of all the estimates that we received this Daltons Heating and Cooling measured, walked , went into the attic. The price was in the middle of estimates received. Did an outstanding job. The guys that did the install are very respectful and knowledgeable. Called dalton to give me a bid because our furnace wasn’t keeping up. He gave a very fair price and squeezed us in to his schedule in under 2 days for the installation

Dalton was fast and efficient, got the A/C running by replacing the thermostat and it’s got large #’s I can read with a back light when needed!

When I arrived home from being out of town I found my furnace not working. I called Dalton and asked about the possibility of getting someone out to look at it. I was amazed when he told me no problem...it was 3pm . When he arrived he went straight to the problem. Made the repair and I was warm in no time. I highly recommend them if you are in a bind like I was.

Very personable, reasonable, and knowledgeable. I called him one morning last year for a slight inconvenience our AC unit was giving us and to schedule a cleaning. He got out to our house 2.5 hours later! Very impressed with what he charged us for the service he provided. Very down to earth guy, and honest with what needs fixed or what things can wait. We will continue to use him for all of our future needs. We signed up for the biannual cleaning service and love it!
