Dalton and Team put in a new HVAC system for us, We could not be happier. We had a catastrophic failure and Dalton Heating, and Cooling was able to get the new HVAC equipment ordered and was here the next day. The installation team did a great job. The installation is clean, and everything was picked up. They showed me how to operate the new thermostat. The whole team was professional and very courtesy. They even register the new equipment for you to make sure you are covered in the future in the event something was to arise. I even received a call from Dalton (Owner) to make sure that I was satisfied. I would recommend Dalton Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs. If I could have given them 10 stars I would have. Dalton and his team is extremely professional and does fantastic work. I had been having small issues with our HVAC system before it finally quit all together. I call Dalton around 3pm and because of the cold weather and us being out of heat he was out to check things out by 5 and then got his team out the next day with a new system installed. Dalton and his team were amazing to work with! We called on a Saturday morning and he was at our house in an hour! We were without heat and he did whatever he could to fix it. When we found out it wasn’t going to be repairable he made sure we were going to be warm enough until the replacement came on Tuesday since we have a newborn. His team was efficient and worked cleanly when they were at the house putting in the new system! Not enough good things to say about Dalton and his team.

My AC quit work on a 100*+ day. I called Dalton and he was at my door within a couple of hours. Within a few minutes of his arrival, he had me back up and running. I highly recommend Dalron's HVAC!

I called Dalton at 3:24 on Friday. afternoon when I walked in to a hot house. He was just leaving Kansas City said he would be out in about an hour. He was on time diagnosed a bad capacitor had one on the truck swapped it out and had us going in 15 minutes. Thanks again Dalton you are appreciated.

Dalton and his team were exceptional! We needed system updates to our 20 year old systems. While other companies scheduled windows of time (like a cable company) to meet with us, sometimes a 6 hour window, Dalton came when he said he would and provided clear direction on what needed to be done. He asked what our specific needs were and responded professionally and with humility and respect for me as a customer. We hired him on the spot to install 2 new AC units and heater units. Well, he completed all the installation in 1 day with his team. They were on time, respectful, professional and did an incredible job. They cleaned up the areas they worked in to where they were better than when they arrived. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism of Dalton’s Heating and Cooling company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In an era when service is sometimes hard to find, they stepped up and over delivered on everything they promised.
