    Antony was on time. He presented with a clean neat appearance and was courteous. He used his time efficiently, which indicates that he possesses good knowledge and skills. This was not our first experience with Antony making plumbing repairs in both of the houses which we have lived. Our experiences have always been positive.

    Timely service and we were given multiple options to solve a tricky AC problem involving multiple rooms as well as electronic equipment in a business setting. Standard was quick and courteous with a great solution and worked with and around our crew to not interrupt business. I'd certainly recommend them.

    I called Saturday night because my sewer was backed up and completely clogged. When the on call guy answered the phone I explained to him what was happening, he then informed me the price would be around $800 to clean my sewer!! Talk about taking advantage of people in stressful situations. It worked out for the best because the company we called next was half the price ($415) and the guy who came out to clean our sewer was an amazing. Took his time, cleaned up and cared about our situation.

    Had a tech come by when my roommate and myself were not home due to my landlords required preventative maintenance schedule. I had just replaced the filter two days prior to the tech showing up and when I arrived home the $12 filter I just bought was bent and destroyed because the tech was not patient with putting it in.

    Also was not aware that the furnace was to be checked to ensure it ran (which it did/does) but the tech had entered my locked room (push key lock door) which has the thermostat w/o permission.

    Callled and spoke to Barb and she said I’d receive a call from one of the owners about my filter but never did so I followed up. Spoke to John about the issue and he sent another tech out to replace the filter with a “better one” but did not apologize about the situation.

    Tech came by and was visually upset about having to replace the filter and tried to reason through why the filter was bent up and left like it was without even telling me since the 3M filtrete filters are “a little larger than standard” even though both comply with ASI standards. He replace the filter, and still no one has apologized for the poor workmanship.

    In conclusion: the service was performed, I had to call to mitigate an issue that should have never arose since the original tech should’ve notified me for entering a locked room and destroying my filter, and there was passive aggressive tension for getting the filter replaced that was broke by a Standard Plumbing Tech.

    Would I choose to do service with them again? No.

    But my landlord company apparently has a contract with them so they’ll probably be continuing work. I guess next time I’ll be sure to stay in the unit to make sure everything goes smoothly.

    2/5 for getting the new filter but that’s about it.

    First class job every time! If you’re looking for someone reliable, who does what they say they will do *every *time, whether it’s plumbing or HVAC, then look nowhere else. Top tier service!

    Had a main line break today. Called and they had time, so the plumber came out early. Once the plumber arrived, he was shown the line, valve, and connector where the leak originated. Either this was his first solo call or he was having a bad day, but he didn't seem interested at all in fixing the problem. The landlord came by and got into more detail about the issue (I own my home but rent the land, the main line is his property). After pulling the faulty connector, the plumber didn't seem to know what to do next. He kept saying "I don't have that part, nobody does." The landlord and myself didn't buy this and started calling around. We found the piece in Water's True Value in Wamego. I went to talk to the plumber, who was wrapping up everything, I guess thinking he was done, to tell him that we found the part. After informing him about the part, his direct quote was "Oh, well he can put it on." I asked what the gameplan was; if I was going to go get the part, or him, or the landlord. He ignored me, got into his van and drove off. We locked eyes so he saw my confusion so I waved, he quickly jerked his head forward and kept driving.

    I have no idea if I'm getting a bill, if he's coming back, what the deal is. I finally went and got the part and fixed it with the landlord. The landlord didn't know what happened with him either or if he is coming back. I called the company multiple times only to receive a busy signal each time (calls spread 5 minutes apart.)

    All in all, a very bad experience with the plumber during a crucial time. Will update in future if I receive a bill or not. Don't see a reason why I should pay somebody to come out, look at it, say it's broke, then leave.

    Antony was very knowledgable and eager to check all possibilities regarding a high heat bill at my house. Insulation was reviewed, leaks around windows, air flow, thermostat, and heat pump outside. I was very pleased that my heat and air were thoroughly checked and will call upon him again.
