Thanks to the folks at Standard Plumbing for helping us with plumbing challenges, AND putting in a new basement bathroom for us. ALL of their techs are top notch, whether with plumbing, showers or tile work, and do great work promptly, with respect, courtesy and professionalism. They treated us well and at a fair price! Highly recommend these guys! We had them do a bathroom remodel and were blown away by the service, quality, and professionalism. They made every step of the way easy and worked hard to squeeze us in and get our bathroom done in a timely manner. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

I waited a week for a technician to come see to my AC and they show up an hour and a half early, dont call, dont announce themselves and leave. Then when I call to see why I have an email congratulating me on how good a job they did, I get a snotty lady telling me I have the privilege of waiting another two weeks because " we're really busy right now". Yeah, I am sure you are, what with your tight schedule of appointments to miss.

We have now used Standard to repair plumbing issues and replace our heating and air conditioning. We could not be more pleased with the prompt and professional service we have received each time we have needed work done. The technicians are top notch and great to work with. The office staff are wonderful and work hard to get your service scheduled quickly. We have nothing but great things to say about Standard!

About a month ago I set up to get an estimate to install a drain pipe for a washer in my basement. They guy came out and said there was nothing they could do for the way it's set up. Drains to high. Today I get a bill for $65. I was never informed of any charges, nor did I agree to any charges for the estimate. In addition your site, and where I filled out the form to get an estimate says "FREE ESTIMATE". My mother always used standard plumbing and since she knew what she was doing in most things, I figured I'd be keeping up that tradition. Despite not being anything you could do for a basement laundry drain, I have a lot of other work that will need to be done in this old house. Ducts need cleaned, Outdoor faucet needs installed. The heating and A/C are old and are going to need some serious maintenance or replacement in the next couple of years. I will not be using standard plumbing after all.

I cannot say enough about Standard! Our air conditioner went out in the middle of July and they were very professional and prompt with their service. They came out and did a free estimate, ordered the parts, and had a new unit installed all within 3 days time. Everything from their customer service to their timeliness was flawless. We are Standard customers for life!

I had my first new-homeowner plumbing issue and was referred to Standard Plumbing. They were able to very quickly send someone over who correctly diagnosed the issue (tree-root clogged sewer line) and got the job done very professionally and neatly! I was extremely happy with the level of service and completely understand why they were referred to me in the first place.

I called and spoke with Standard and they were out the same day. I had no heat and it was -7 degrees out. He had me up and running within the hour. I am very impressed with their service. He explained everything as he was working on the unit. I will definitely use them when replacing my 30 yr old heating system.

Our technician was Dalton, an extremely courteous and personable young man. He was very thorough in working on our furnace and was very reassuring that we are doing a good job keeping our furnace well maintained. We have been using Standard plumbing for several years at two different properties and have never been disappointed with their work.
