The whole staff has been great to work with Julie and Jill in the office ! Allen and Eric installed my furnace! Tyler and Zake for working on my other furnace! They all were very kind and cleaned up there work ! Don's did great job! Thank you !

A/C stopped working in 100 degree weather, called around but Don's was the only one who could come over right away! We have 2 people here that have medical issues and needed help right away! Tom was very thorough and nice to boot! Had it fixed in about 30 minutes! Very highly recommend him and his company 😊 Very thankful!

I will call Don's again in the future. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The tech was prompt and professional. They were not able to fix the furnace on the initial visit ( on a Friday at 4pm) due to needing parts, but we're able to get parts and finish the job early the next week.

I've been using Don's to care for our aging AC system for several years now. The system had suffered a long series of expensive failures and each repair seemed either to itself fail within a few months or trigger a new problem. I first called Don's as a shot in the dark because they were the only people left who hadn't screwed the thing up.

They were quick, on time, cordial, and the technician was gratifyingly knowledgeable and skillful. He isolated the real core issue in about two minutes (a workmanship issue from a prior 'repair') and proceeded to make exactly the repair really needed. That affected part of the system of the system has never failed again.

Since then Don's has done all maintenance and repairs of this 22-year-old HVAC installation and have never let me down. They're pleasant to deal with, responsive, always on time, and their techs are highly skilled. They work with the smooth confident precision of a true expert and when they're done the system is squared away.

Their rates are very fair, too.

This is an honestly stand-out business and I recommend them unreservedly. They simply do everything right.

John was great! Being new to the area it was intimidating choosing who to call. I made the right choice. He repaired an older unit in a timely and professional manner, at reasonable cost. Ill use them for all my heating and cooling needs. Appreciate it.

Had spring air conditioning service check , all was well. Turned on AC couple weeks later no cool, They had John their service man out to c us the same day of malfunction.
John earned his $ as he had to crawl under house to find wiring that mice had chewed into!
Our crawl space is very tight!
All is well now. !!
