It was a great experience from start to finish! Kathy S got things started by getting a me great deal on a great unit. Tom came out and gave me a very easy to understand estimate of the job and what it was going to take to get me fixed up. Finally, the crew that did the install were fast, skillful and courteous! They did a great job! It all went without a hitch and now I am enjoying my new AC! Thank you Don's Heating and Air!!!

I would give you five stars for courtesy on time took 10 minutes to do the job. However it seems you charged me $110 for a part that the $27 was the highest price out of dozens and dozens I looked up. I don't mind paying $90 for the tech but then to be totally ripped for the price of the part it will not happen again
