When I used this service previously someone would always answer the phone and a knowledgable service tech would always show up to repair the problem. I called recently and left a couple of voicemails. After 2 days I never received a call back.

Went through AHS to have ac and furnace repairs done. They accepted the request and we received a call from their scheduler on April 22. She told us they would be out on Monday between 3 and 5. I called to confirm 3 times, got voicemail each time and left 2 voicemails. Kory finally called back on Monday at noon and tells me we aren't even on the schedule. Then the scheduler returns my call and says that she didn't know if was for furnace and ac, even after I sent a screeenshot from AHS saying they accepted both.

We are going on 9 days with no furnace or AC with a 4 month old living in the house with NO help from their company to resolve it. Who knows when they will even come out. Have not had them help us at all, they just keep saying its not their problem.

update: owner never called back like he promised, instead just canceled my service request after waiting for 4 days for them to come out. Didn't even look at AC which is what they claimed they agreed to. Stay away from this company!

My service was amazing I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I called them and they arrived the next day. They were finished with a big project and one day and the price was very reasonable! A+

Our air conditioner stopped working at 4 am today (Saturday) and I called Siouxland Heating and Cooling and they came out promptly. The tech was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely continue using Siouxland Heating and Cooling in the future!

We could not be more pleased with the service received. From diagnosis to getting a new unit installed, every aspect of the process was done with professionalism. Thank you Siouxland Heating and Cooling for a good experience during a difficult time for us.

Around 1 am, my furnace wouldn’t kick on. They came out on the spot and troubleshoot my issue and fix it promptly. Couldn’t be any happier. Last night was below zero too. MVP in my book. Thanks!

Part shopped around for a Furnance Motor after it went bad on a 5 degree day. The part online cost 150-200 but you have to know you're going to pay more to get it locally. Quotes ranged from $350-380 at 3 HVAC spots in town. Not for Siouxland Heating & Cooling. One of their Techs claimed to have the exact part new in box in his service truck. Their price? $500 flat. For a $150 dollar part. That price didn't include installation. They knew they could attempt to take advantage of someone, and price gouge a customer needing a specific part on a very cold day. That's a sign of an untrustworthy business. Thankfully, multiple other places in town did not treat me this way.

Long story short,..Had problems with old furnace in a house recently purchased so we had them replace it with a new one. All was well up to this point,..They started at 8am and i show up at 2pm to see how the install was going to find my basement flooded and they were just finishing up the install on a sheet of ice and a few inches of water!! They called me several different times about everything that was wrong with my old furnace but didnt bother to call me when obviously there was water/ice running down the basement wall through a window that was below grade 4ft from the furnace!! IN PLAIN SIGHT!! Who installs a furnace in a flooded basement!!?? Siouxland Heating and Cooling does. BBB has been notified oh and not even an explanation from the company just a invoice to get paid.
