Very disappointed in quality of work they did on my fujitsu halcyon inverter mini split system. Lazy and didn't care to fully equipped themselves or dynoise the issue. But charge my for nothing... save your time and money and don't hire anyone from this outfit...
The owners and employees are the best. They do the best they can to make sure everyone is happy. Just a side note, for all the people that say negative how does anyone know if they are customers that didn't pay there bills, disgruntled employees, etc. Just Curious.
Garbage at responding back to customers. I've tried contacting someone three times this week, twice by phone and once by email and haven't heard from them yet. Both times when I called I was told they would call me back and nobody called. Hopefully their work is better than their customer service.
These people are garbage! Do stuff wrong and then wont fix it. There installers installed a unit wrong which had problems the first year we had it. Came out to look at it then no longer answered phone or messeges after repeated attempts. Will have to go to court.
Well pleased with our experience. A nice young repair man came it a timely manner And we had a/c again. Wasn't cheap but it was Saturday and felt it was reasonable. Ed Criss

Terrible customer service and couldn't resolve an issue that I had with my A/C which they installed incorrectly. I had to have another company come out and fix their problem.
