Built my house in 2013. They were the contractor assigned for HVAC. The furnace failed in part due to poor installation by them. Furnace only lasted almost 8 years. They didn't seal/caulk off the exhaust tube and had extra bends in the out tube which cause excess moisture in the unit. Excessive rust ruined the inducer motor and gas valve. Do not recommend using their services as you'll be out of thousands and not get the life you should get with a furnace unit.
I have a custom firepit in my backyard with a great patio surrounding it. Began having problems with the gas line and was very worried that my patio would need to be cut out to make repairs. Travis was on time, VERY helpful in diagnosing the problems and was able to offer some great creative solutions to the problem! They are also coming back to "clean up" some poor installation of the initial gas line that has been bothering me for years!
One Call guaranteed results! Late night, early morning, even weekends our service man has been there for us! Great rates, and usually has the right part on the truck. Give them a call!
We have been having trouble with the fireplace in our new home. JJ came out and messed with the lava rocks below the logs that were blocking some vent holes. When he left we both thought it was fixed as it was working fine. Well we still had issues later so JJ came back and brought along Matt this time as he wanted to make sure it was fixed and two heads are better than one. They figured out the initial installer and somehow got insulation on or in the intake side of the vent pipe. They used a long bit to reach way back in and fish it out. I knew when they pulled that our our problem was probably fixed. It took them coming out more than once to figure out the real issue but I can understand that happens from time to time. Thanks for getting us fixed up guys!
have been fighting Bussanmas Heating and Cooling for over 4 years on the reason why my AC can't keep up on hot days. They have never been able to diagnose the problem, "maybe too many windows?" was one of the responses I got a few years back. This Summer, the owner, Brian Bussanmas finally told me that the system they installed was too small for my house and should have been twice the size. My builder selected them as their HVAC installer...and of course, it is their fault that the system isn't bigger. As professionals in their industry, you would think that they would be able to install a system appropriately sized for the house they are working on.
If you or your builder are considering using Bussanmas Heating and Cooling, I would HIGHLY recommend finding another vendor...unless you like being uncomfortable in your home and ignored when you ask for help.
Not happy at all. I recently bought a new house and Bussanmas installed the HVAC system. First off, during the build process. We came out and found a couple pieces of the condensate pipe were not glued and had water all over the floor. Then we moved in and the manuals for the furnace, coil and condenser are nowhere to be found. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't got them to provide even a digital copy. I also noticed a gas or exhaust smell. Had them check it out, can't find anything. Ok. Fast forward a week. Another fitting on the condensate was leaking. Not glued again. Did it myself this time. Figured they would check it all over the first time they "fixed" it. Now it's been 3 weeks. Went around Bussanmas, got a hold of Trane to get a manual myself. I then notice the exhaust flue is not glued. The EXHAUST! Anyone with half a brain knows that has to be primed and glued all the way outside. I would never recommend them to anyone. I will not let them look at my system again. Cant wait to see what else I can find wrong with the system. Also forgot, I found a hose for the gas manifold unhooked inside the furnace. Got ahold of the service department. Explained to him what was going on, he was clueless. Not the people I want installing my system, let alone just checking it. Now I'm sure there's some knowledgeable people that work there. Not willing to find out myself. I understand mistakes happen. Not this many on one project though.
Great place to get all your hvac and plumbing services taken care of. Friendly people that will answer your questions. The crew is top notch when it comes to new units or just service calls when you need an expert on hand.
Very poor experience. Had a service call to my parents home. Didn't fix the issue and still billed $1000 for a part and labor that wasn't needed. Have called and written letters to no avail. Taking advantage of Senior Citizens - do not use them!
I would give them a 0 if possible. I could go on and on about my recent experience with them but from customer support to actually fixing my furnace, they might be the worst business I have ever dealt with.
I gave James a call when our furnace went out during a recent cold spell - he was quick, attentive, and had the issue fixed within an hour. Would definitely recommend Bussanmas!
