Made it 'comfortably' through Winter at my place of business, and my residence!
Todd & crew took care of a poorly installed GEO Thermal Heating & Cooling System (originally installed by my building contractors sub-contractor), increasing efficiency & reliability!
After that that went well, Todd & Crew replaced an old furnace at my residence.
Both systems made it through Winter, warming & trouble free!!!
Evidently, they can & are willing to do it all!

Last time I called a guy to come fix my furnace it took him 1 hour to figure out it was a small problem with the pilot. I called qc heating and air Todd came out and identified the same problem in minutes and had it fixed before I could get my morning coffee done. Do not hesitate to deal with, Mike who is a worker I've hired before is the quickest installer in the Quad cities and I put money on that.

Called QC Heating & Cooling when my A/C unit failed to run. Technician Todd came out same day, diagnosed the problem (failed capacitor), got the part, and replaced it in a little over an hour. I was in the middle of tackling a jungle of a yard. I am a lawn Care contractor and I accidently cut my customers power line to the A/C unit on a 94 degree day go figure😕. So as my first real accident I immediately call around. I called about five different places. Most places were 2-3 days out. This company call me back quickly and fixes my mistake within 2 hours and ultimately kept my customer happy with me. I'm not used to complaints so i recommend you to call this place.

Coldest night of the winter and our furnace goes out! QC Heating and Cooling came out, we decided on a new furnace and by late afternoon we were warm as toast. Great service, honest and efficient people and they tested and filled out the forms so we got a great reate from our utiltiy company.

Very unprofessional. With my experience the gentlemen talked to me like I was not a paying customer. I was giving an appointment and no one came when I called I was told "I dont know why they told you that" and " I dont know I MAY be able to come out there tomorrow between 10am and 1PM".I called to confirm and the time was pushed back by hours like people dont have to work. The gentleman proceeded to give me attitude because I requested a specific time frame. Dont waste your time with this company
