Ken was a true professional and he really knew what he was doing. We had a leak on a Saturday and got called right back. We have an older home so the work was tricky but Ken was great! We have used Peterson before and are very satisfied with the work and highly recommend! Very professional and very knowledgeable!

Came when they said they would fixed the first problem then found that we had another problem that he didn't have a part for. He went back to his shop and found what we needed. Mind you this was the coolest day yet and he got us all fixed up. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. More than happy with this service.

I'm sure they are a great Plumbing contractor based upon reviews; however, it would be nice if they called back new customers. They aren't the only business that is non-responsive. I can call 10 contractors and maybe 1 will call back. If you just want to only take commercial business that is fine, then remove residential from your offerings.

They came to check out our ac problem quickly (I called yesterday & they were here today) so it could be ready for this summer, he diagnosed the problem & had the problem fixed so fast. Friendly & informative. Thank you!! :)

Really nice guy fixed several leaks I had. They were shut off valves (3) and a couple of outside spickets (2) that leaked when turned on. Thank you!

We have used Petersen Plumbing for almost all our plumbing needs. They are very skilled at what they do and have been very patient with my questions about the fixes or new products. All their work was always completed on time and with good quality.

Rip off. a new hot water heater and less then an hour of work. $1500. They said they charge 120 hour for labor. Didn’t even get a receipt. I got robbed my own fault I guess

Good workmanship and quality. They reduced the quoted price because the actual work was less than expected. Took a little longer than expected but overall a very good company to work with.

Everyone I've spoken with and worked with from this company have been fantastic; we've had both HVAC and plumbing services from this company and they've all been friendly, made reasonable recommendations, and the services have been very worth the cost.
