Called to see if I could make an appt to have a technician come out as I was having a city inspector come and look at property. The gal in the office told me she would call her technician and call me back. When she did she said he would be there when he finished up and he would be there before the city inspector arrived. He was there within 45 min and fixed my issue before the city inspector arrived. Pricing was very reasonable. They saved my day!

United Heating & Air Conditioning did a stellar job for me. I had a gas leak in my kitchen that neither my husband nor MidAmerican could find. United was recommended to me by a co-worker and they not only found the leak, they had it repaired in under an hour. They also showed genuine concern that my house could have literally exploded because of the leak. I feel very fortunate that they were able to do the job in such a professional and efficient manner.

I represent the many Americans of this nation known as the baby boomers. Old and a nuisance to most we have have fallen prey to most businesses that have but one motive in mind: screw the old farts. Tonight one of the coldest I might add I am reminded that generosity is still available from a few. So my sincere and heartfelt thanks goes out to the owner of United for rendering assistance to a bunch of old men free of charge I might add.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH THE STATE OF IOWA FOR THEIR HORRIBLE WORK AND BUSINESS ETHICS. They get you in situations by having miraculous OMG your "stuff" just broke occurrences and WOW WE can fix that for 3 times the cost. AND saying your heater is fine - yet you find out it has only been giving you half the heat for the past five years! WHERE ARE MY REFUNDS??!?

can anyone please tell me how I can start at small claim, they went to my house, install alll teh A/C sysitem, I Paid them and dang.......the system is not working...........I need my money back.

I set up a yearly maintenance for my Furnace. Found them on Groupon. 35! I tried to call the company and it's a disconnected phone? Hopefully I get my money back.

Overcharged $255 and said they would refund. Never did and do not return our calls. Crooks

Would NEVER USED these guys again. Overpriced, don't do anything about warranty and another company came and did a better job fixing things done WRONG

Came out and performed all services as requested. Would hire again in the future with any of my HVAC needs. Very professional service.

My problem is not fixed and I’m out $100 for it to not be fixed. That’s awful. Woman on the phone wasn’t super friendly. And no one seemed happy about having to come back out to fix what wasn’t fixed the first time.
