If you work with company, be sure to have a contract signed. Know exactly what equipment and service you are getting. Get a flat fee. Get an invoice of any payment. Record the date and time of any phone call, text, or other type of conversation. Record all phone calls. Never schedule an appointment at an inconvenience to you, such as during your normal work hours. During an appointment, try to always have a friend or additional family member present during the service as to be a witness. Take photos during their service. Should they miss an appointment, document it. Be ready to bring all this information to small claims or a lawyer. You'll need it. Good luck to all using this company, be ready for an unpleasant experience.

This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time trying to schedule anything because they won't show up and won’t call. I had to call and let them know they missed their appointment, I didn’t get an apology, and they didn’t show up on their second opportunity. And yes, this was all with the OWNER, Dustin. I don't understand how he's even in business. This was seriously the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. Thank God that Groupon, a real company, gave me my money back. Glad his family can give him 5 stars to keep the rating afloat. Ridiculous.

I wish I could give zero stars! Beyond poor customer service and even worse work performance. They blew off my first appointment and then didn't even look at the non-working AC unit on the second appointment. The technician was in my house less than 3 minutes and stated that the compressor was bad without evening looking at or checking it. It took him longer to collect my payment than he spent inspecting the issue. I definitely felt taken advantaged of when he left. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I was directed to United through my home warranty company. When Dustin came out to service my AC unit, he needed to contact my warranty company to find out what was covered since my unit was not installed correctly by another company. My warranty company basically told Dustin that they couldn't do anything for me and to basically collect the service trip fee and leave. Dustin stuck around and was able to get my AC unit working in less than 20 minutes. THIS is what customer service looks like. I am more than appreciative of Dustin and the United team. Thank you!

After 3 long weeks of no furnace, both home warranty company and United west to blame for this, I was over charged per what home warranty said should bee charged. 6 months later still no refund. Now Dustin won't return calls. Lied to and stolen from,. Run and find someone else

Worst company ever! Lies and more lies. Had my compressor replaced under warranty After only 5 years old and was told 2-3 weeks for my refund and it’s been 3 months and keep promising they will get check out and nothing comes. Now I’m suing to get my money back. Even their past employees will tell you that the company lies and cheats people. don't not use these guys unless you want screwed over!!!!!!!

Do NOT hire this company! You will REGRET it! If no stars were an option I would have chosen that. Here it is in a nutshell:

I saw they had a deal on Groupon to come out and look at your A/C unit. BEFORE I bought it I called the company and asked the lady if I could use this Groupon to have them come out and give me an estimate to fix my A/C. She said YES. So I made the appointment. Earliest they could get to me was 2 weeks. Meanwhile the temps have been in the high 90s everyday while I’m waiting. Feels great.

The guy comes out and looks at my unit. Tells me there isn’t enough coolant in it. I asked him if that will fix the problem, he says yes. I authorize him to fill it up and he does so. The whole time he’s talking to me and explaining stuff to me about my unit as if I’m HVAC certified (I’m not). I consider myself to be of average intelligence but I know NOTHING about HVAC systems. I work with cloud computing and software, not A/C units and furnaces. I told him I didn’t quite get the concepts and he looked at me like I was an idiot. He said “come on man, you don’t get this?” If I told that to one of my customers I’d be out of a job in a New York minute.

So when he was done he didn’t even bother to check inside to see if it was kicking out cool air. I asked him if it should be fine for now and he said YES. I hand him my Groupon (assuming there would be additional charges because of the coolant he put into the unit) and I asked him if I could apply the value of the Groupon. He said no. I told him I had called and talked to the woman before and she said I could use the Groupon as it specifically states its good for “all goods or services”. I pointed this out to him and he huffed and puffed about it and kept giving me very condescending looks. He ended up calling his boss who authorized the usage of the Groupon.

In the end, I still had to pay almost $200 on top of the cost of the Groupon ($43) for 30 minutes of “work”. The kicker is, THAT DIDN’T FIX THE PROBLEM! I spent almost $250 on NOTHING.

Since my A/C is STILL not working, I’ve to pay yet another company (who came out within 24 hrs and only charged me $50) to give me an estimate. He immediately saw the problem and quoted me a price of $400 to fix the unit.

Learn from my mistakes and arrogance of trying to get a deal and hire SOMEONE ELSE.

Do not use this place. They are horribly rude. They installed the wrong air conditioner with a cheaper model. I had to argue with them for them to give me the correct unit even though i signed for the more expensive unit and put a down payment on the better unit.Charged 4 hours longer on labor than what they were there. They were 3 hours late. Now my AC isn't working the first summer after they installed it and now 2 summers later it isn't working again. There is nothing positive to say about this company. I would avoid them completely!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRY TO RIP YOU OFF BY GIVING YOU THE WRONG PRODUCT!!!

I’m writing this while I’m laying in bed sweating, 78 in the house with a “brand new” a/c unit. Unit was put in back in March and I have not had a working A/C since. They have blown me off three times with appointments. Came out to “fix” it once and here I am with a box fan. Glad I spent $4,200 to use a box fan and have a pissed off wife. Attorney has been contacted. Absolutely pathetic service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Tried to setup an appointment. Their number sent me to a call center where someone took my appointment request. I didn't hear back. Tried twice more, same deal. This involved a Groupon voucher, so I'm hoping I can get my money back.
