Thrasher Service

Professional, friendly and great service. They installed our heater and air conditioner about 4 months ago. Very happy with them and will definitely be using them again.

To called w/a Water Heater Problem and they were very quick to get a repairman out ASAP. I was very pleased/the Serviceman (Jake). He was extremely Professional & efficient. A GREAT Company for all your Heating/Plumbing needs

Very disappointed. They send a completely incompetent technician to look at my furnace. I am not sure if this technician was incompetent or intentionally decided to make things worse. He could not even put the furnace back together and abruptly left despite charging us about $100. We notified the company and the response was, furnace is not fixable - need new one which will cost thousands. We brought a different tech from different company - fixed the issue immediately - did not need to spend thousands on new furnace as we were advised by this company !!!

The care and service we have had over the years has been exemplary. People listen to concerns, and work to find solutions. I appreciate the fact that your workers are Union as well.

Some of the staff is nice and friendly, some of them are rude. I had a bad experience with them. I gave them a LOT of money for work on my water supply line and some plumbing repairs. I found them to be sloppy and disorganized. They literally had me waiting for 4 days with my bathroom vanity in my bedroom because they forgot to send someone out to re-attach it after the plumbing repairs were finished. They also kinda took advantage of me on the pricing of some things. I trusted them and they took advantage of me. I will never call them again.

We have used Thrasher Service for many years. We have always had excellent and honest service. Always timely and efficient.

Same day call by me and repaired the problem, but felt I wasn’t given all the cost of the trip by the office when I made my initial call. Felt a little over charged for about 25 minutes labor.

I recently was having issues with my garbage disposal and after a couple attempts to fix myself I gave up and called Thrashers. They arrived quickly, were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Thrashers for any plumbing, heating or a/c problems you might have.

Thrashers is the worst company you could ever deal with! I hired them to do plumbing for the shower which they messed up every which way. I had to argue with them to finally get a refund for the waterlines they did wrong. And now the drain is leaking into my brand-new kitchen and they refused to come even look at it. I will be taking them to court please save yourself the pain and go with somebody reputable not Thrashers.
