Thrasher Service has always been the one we call. I highly recommend.

The tech was was courteous, efficient, and and provide options on how to repair the outdoor faucet. Love doing business with this company.

I have used Thrasher for years. I was using another popular DM maintenance service who gave my yearly air conditioning check an AOK but it did not seem to be cooling properly so I saw the ad on t.v. for Thrasher and called them who found a leak in the outside unit.

Chase and Don were both very nice and we felt comfortable with them. They solved our problem.

Wow was I impressed!
He took me through step by step of what he did and when he heard a small noise that sounded normal to me stated he was going to check out what was causing it.
Will found out the issue had it fixed and moved on to cleaning out the unit. The money I spent for my agreement was well worth it.

We have been using thrasher for a long time. We have a maintenance agreement and it has worked well.

Could not be happier with our recent experience with Thrasher. We are remodeling our basement, and needed to have our utilities relocated from their central location to the nearest wall, about 6 ft. This involved moving and replacing the furnace, water heater, and air conditioning units. The technicians who came out were very friendly and knowledgeable. There were several, minor logistical issues that involved some problem solving to figure out the best way to move the plumbing stack and positioning of the furnace, but the technicians were great in working with us to find the best outcome given the circumstances. The only improvement to this scenario would have been if both the HVAC and Plumbing folks would have come out together with the sales rep to see the job and get on the same page beforehand. That being said, the sales rep came out to explain each phase of the job.

The plumbing took about 2 days, with 1 day in between to let the poured concrete dry. The HVAC took another 2 days, so within a week we had the project done from start to finish. We had multiple all in one services bid out the job, as well as some services that only did portions of the job. Thrasher was cheapest from the other major providers. Sometimes for jobs like this I would worry about that, but could not have been happier with our choice of Thrasher.

This experience was made great by the little extras they provided. What I mean by this was their ability to understand the bigger picture of what we as homeowners were trying to do, and going above and beyond their responsibilities to make that picture happen. For instance, they created much needed ceiling height by re-routing many of the water lines, that would have originally caused use to lose about 6 inches of head room. They also re-routed the gas and a/c lines and tucked them under the floor joists. They re-positioned several of the original ducts that fell below the joists. They also re-routed the vents for the furnace and water heater so they would no longer be facing our deck, but now on the side of the house. A lot of these things could have just been put back in their original spot, but this was a great delight as a homeowner!

They were great! We will be going back if we have any issues down the road or for future remodeling projects.

I have used Thrasher's for a few things at my house. This last time they were here was to fix a leaky toilet. Which the rep did amazing on. But, to charge $30 per 15 mins to fix it seems crazy. I knew up front there was a fee every 15 mins, but didn't realize it would take 2 hours to assess, complete work, then do paperwork/payment in the van. I will more likely use this company in the future. I was desperate to get the toilet fixed and they were the only ones that could do it same day. I was very disappointed when getting the bill. The parts were only $100 and $300 was fees. Again, I was happy with the work, rep was amazing and will use thrashers again. Just gave 4 stars due to the pricing.
