Thrasher Service

I love that Chase listened to my needs and was driven to find a solution to satisfy customer needs. I had a faulty outside spigot where the valve had broken off inside. I really didn't want to cut into the walls of my finished basement. Another plumbing company said that was the only solution, but Chase was industrious and diligent in working to extract the broken part from the outside of my home. Everything is fixed to my satisfaction without tearing up my basement walls. So glad I decided to get a second opinion! Way to go Chase! I will always use Thrasher from now on!

They cleaned and serviced our hot water heater.

Replaced gas valve on a faulty water heater. Dave was professional and arrived first thing in the morning. He then worked with his office and they didn’t charge for the call. I will definitely use them for any work in the future and would recommend them. Thanks Dave and Thrashers.

They said that they would replace my filter. They didn’t say that I would have to pay for it.
