We have built 2 houses where both contractors used Moore's Service and in both we have had issues that Moore's Service was not able to resolve. We are currently in the 2nd home and like the first home have found an HVAC contractor that has identified the problem and addressed the problem. Also, horrible response from Moore's Service. My last attempt I went to John, I believe the owner. Spoke to him twice and still have not received a call back.
Chris was very professional and did a great job. He explained everything to me and went the extra step to make sure my outside unit was clean. This is my first experience with your company and I am very impressed. I know who I will be calling for any problems in the future. Thanks again!
John at Moore’s has taken care of our whole family’s heating and air. They have done everything from complete replacement to annual maintenance. They are very dependable and professional as well as reasonable in prices. Our family will use their service as long as they are in business and recommend them very highly.
Called when our furnace was not working and they sent someone out to look at it. He said they would be out the next day. I waited two days and did not hear back so I called. The same day I called they showed up without calling but luckily I was home. They had to order a part and then after a few days they came back and fixed the problem.
I was impressed by the professionalism and care that was taken in repairing my air conditioner. Despite it being a very old unit, there was no attempting to sell me a new replacement unit just fixed the existing one. Also did a nice job of explaining what was wrong with it.
Called the main number once each day over two consecutive days, spoke with a lady (who was nice but uninformed with the business) each time. I asked to speak with someone about getting a part. The lady took my name and number and said someone would call me back. First day came and went, no call. Called back the second day, spoke to the same lady again who still had the note and told me the same thing. Second day came and went, no call.
Down right terrible service, I'd give a lower rating but I can't.
Pat was AWESOME he has been before and my dogs love him he found the problem fixed . I was still having a problem the temp on the thermostat wasn't going down so he took time to come back and check everything that is so Considerate and you don't see that anymore.

I have used Moore's for my personal use and for my rental properties and they are very professional, reasonably priced and do great work. Would recommend them to everyone.
