I can’t say enough good things about Genesis Heating and Cooling!! I could easily write a 3 page review of all the great work they did, but I will try and keep it short. I’ve had issues with my 16 year old furnace where it gets too hot and shuts itself off. Additionally, my second floor was always 10 degrees hotter than the main floor. I’ve had several companies come out to try and solve the problem. All of them just wanted to sell me a new furnace, but none of them could guarantee that would fix my problem. One company even went so far as to turn the gas off to my furnace off when it was 20 degrees outside because they found a little rust in my secondary heat exchanger. Kevin, the owner of Genesis, who has over 40 years of experience, came to my house with his daughter Ashley and told me he could fix my problem and probably get 5 more years out of my furnace. Instead of just just sticking a camera in my furnace and trying to sell me a new one, they completely took it apart, throughly cleaned it, leveled it, fixed the airflow into it by making my cold air return inlets bigger and in the correct spots, and then properly tuned it by measuring the components of the exhaust gas. Furthermore, they installed a whole house humidifier when other companies told me it wasn’t possible. They did this in one day, brought all the necessary tools/parts, were on time, professional, respectful, and very clean. The temperature difference was instantly noticeable and now my upstairs and downstairs are within 3 degrees of each other. It’s rare to find such professional, honest, and hard working people. Genesis saved me thousands of dollars on a new furnace!! I’m sure I’ll need a new one eventually, but now that they fixed the airflow issues, when I do need to replace it, I know exactly who to call to make sure it will get done right and for a reasonable price. If you any Heating and Cooling needs, don’t hesitate to call Genesis, you won’t be disapointed!!

They are unreliable had a cleaning set for 30 days out due to being backed up they called the night before service stating that their tech was sick and would have to reschedule at the last minute.... very unprofessional thanks guys like hell Iam in your data base you guys just canceled on me again today because you guys don’t have enough techs is what your operator told me I will tell my insurance company to never refer you again for services

Genesis came out on an emergency call in the dead of winter when it was actually below zero....the furnace had gone out......they were able to get us up and running with a new furnace within hours......Professional and courteous........would definitely recommend Genesis Heating....

Great service and very efficient and easily contacted with swift response and timing. Would recommend to anyone.

Dont know how they handle residential but they take too long and just bandade their commercial jobs more than often.
