Was able to work us in on same day for service. Texted me when they were on way. Very professional and I was very happy to learn the part that needed replaced was still under warranty. Unit was installed almost ten years ago and I believe this was first service call.

Very efficient and professional crew. Installation looks great, and the system works as expected. Thermostat operation was explained, as was the condensate drain operation. It was easy to write the final check, as the job was well done. One suggestion: provide crews with a roll of carpet protecting film for use when they need to transit carpeted areas.

We had issues with our AC and the guy they sent out was fantastic. His name was Phil Rumley. Not only was he nice to my son and I but he kept working and trying until it was going when most companies would of said replace it and of just left. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely refer this company to others.

Hunter, Zach and company did an excellent job installing a new furnace and putting in central air-conditioning. They were timely, pleasant, and cared about their work.

I recently purchased and installed a Mini Split unit for our sun room thru Truesdel Heating and Cooling. Nathan, Zack and Hunter did an outstanding job! The install is neat and clean, they educated me once completed and were professional, friendly and overall very pleasant to work with. I have used Truesdel for our home heating and cooling system repairs and regular maintenance. They have proven that they are honest, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable on all systems and components. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors who tell you the same.

Just got our well up and running yesterday, so it was time to turn on the geothermal furnace. Joel showed up on time, knew the startup procedure, and got the system up and running. While here, he answered a slew of my questions. He was informative and good humored. Great contractor experience! In fact, everyone we’ve worked with from Truesdel has been fantastic!
