Of course our AC quit at the start of a heatwave. We knew we were going to have to replace it soon anyway. We decided to upgrade our system to a heat pump backed up with LP gas which our last system was LP only. Truesdel had our new system ready to install in 2 days. We really appreciated how fast they were ready to install it as the heat was oppressive. They showed up on the dot the following morning and by 3 pm the REALLY cool air was coming through the vents. The 3 man crew who did the install were awesome. They kept everything clean and neat as they went and were super polite and professional. On top of the AC going out, so did our whole house dehumidifier, which I knew was a $2200 replacement. I called Mark about it a few days later, and rather than try and sell me a new unit, he had me use a humidistat (I already had one) and check the levels throughout the house. Since the humidity level was well below the 60 percent cutoff for needing one, he told me not to waste my money...hugely appreciated. We've just gone through an even longer, worse heatwave with our new system and it easily kept the inside temp at 68 degrees all day long with the heat index outside at 105. We couldn't be happier with our new system, and Truesdel. Thanks to everyone.

This is our third time using Truesdel for AC/heating repairs and maintenance. The technicians have always been friendly, on time, and very communicative. One even took the time to teach my husband how to perform a simple fix on our heater in case we would have the same issue again. Today's tech explained to me the likely issue (low freon levels in an old unit), the likely cost (high considering the phasing out of freon in the last year), and his advice that we save for a new unit now so we'll be ready to replace it in the near future to keep up with recent regulation changes, all before starting his work. Luckily for us, he was able to get the unit topped off and running again within minutes. When it's time to replace the unit, though, we'll definitely be calling Truesdel again. Excellent service, transparent communication, and respectful techs. What more could you want?

We had our blower replaced on our furnace. Both Nathan and Joel were polite and friendly. Nathan came out same day to diagnose our problem, ordered the part we needed and Joel installed it in a timely manner. Like the text updates. We will definitely use Truesdel's again!

The on-call tech spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me trying to diagnose a problem with my furnace.(I think his name was Allen) After walking through some possibilities, he came to the conclusion it was a thermostat problem. Unplugged it then plugged it back in. Problem fixed. Saved me a $150 service call. These guys didn’t make a dime off me but still spent the time to help. Will ABSOLUTELY use them from now on. Called last night tech gave me ideas. But I live alone not good with tech talk or how to anything. Tech did tell me how to turn off for the night so nothing else might tear up. He was very nice and professional. I call Truesdel again next morning 8am. The tech came out very nice, professional and my water furnance/geothermal working again by 1015am. Very satisfied with their services.
